The new highline looks amazing and it's become a beautiful walking path. The view is amazing and breath-taking! It's a place that you'd like to go to take a break from society and get away from all the mayhem in the west side of Manhattan!. It's too bad some of the highline is out of access or has been torned down. I hope they can restore the remaining tracks and convert them into what has become a beatiful walkway!
I liked this Documentary, very useful and would make great school and teaching tools in middle school and even a Freshmen class in Highschool. Could be useful for PBS short.
Its cool how the turned it into a park but I would have prefered a tourist railroad. It be a great tourist attraction. Plus it would be much better than those crappy double decker bus tours
@Conducter49 Right on. They should have brought back the trains considering it causes less pollution. I'm sure it would have been more of an economic boost for the city but since it makes sense it didn't happen.
