I believe that Jesus was buff and ripped! Jesus lived near the Mediterranean sea, thus he ate fish. People farmed, thus they had bread. Fish= protein, bread/vegetables/fruits= carbohydrates. Jesus was also a carpenter meaning that He had to lift heavy amounts of weight every day...Jesus was buff!

The Bible teaches in Romans 3:10-18 that man's heart is wicked before salvation. Unsaved man doesn't seek after God, does no good, is not righteous, etc.

Unsaved man's works are as filthy rags (Isaiah 64:6).

We have to wait on God for salvation (Lam. 3:26). The environment for salvation is hearing the Word of God (Romans 10:17).

Because we are wicked, calling on God, believing on God, or anything else we do cannot get us saved. We are saved only by the mercy of God (Romans 9:15-16).

The True Gospel of the Bible is that God chooses those whom He plans to save, regardless of what they want. Nobody deserves salvation.

We have to wait on God, and let Him do all the work of saving.

2nd, Although I am 44 going on 45 I can By God's Grace work most men into the ground. As a Carpenter I build in intense Heat for sometimes 14hrs or more I Fly with a Hammer and Nail Gun. As a Concrete Finisher. I can pour 1000' of sidewalk a day formed & finished and can swing a 16lb sledge all day long.
