Thanks for the comment. Yeah, not very steep hills but plenty of small climbs throughout the course. I studied the course mile by mile through google earth and it really helped. Have a safe training.
This is very inspirational. I plan to run my first Ironman in 2 years from now, I'll be thinking of this when my morale is low. Great job, brother.

Great job and congrats! I just did my first iron distance race this year and it was something else. That is a huge accomplishment you acheived.
