I came across this movie just today after i bought mia farrows and Liz taylors autobigraphy..its such a way out movie..and interesting..MIA FARROW is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING...and liz too......and whats remarkable is all the gorgeous japanese girls in japan..and sydney australia..have copied Mia in this film for years!!!....the black long hair..and fringe..and black tights is so Stereotype-JAPANESE now!!!
Is this woman her daughter or not? If she is, who does the grave she visited belong to? If she isn't, why does she have so many pictures of Liz? I'm confused.
La scena della colazione!!...è uno dei momenti che ricordo con piu intensità....ogni volta che la rivedo mi fa desiderare di essere al posto di Liz Taylor......
E' uno dei film piu sottostimati e tartassati (molto ingiustamente) della filmografia di Joseph Losey...la magione di cenci è una delle dimore piu allucinanti della storia del cinema..l'atmosfera onirica restituisce la sensazione di poter quasi respirare la morbosità che stagna in tutta la casa...è un film che chiede comprensione (un po' come i protagonisti) per essere apprezzato come merita...
I love the scene where she is eating breakfast, to do such a scene would've been unthinkable in the golden age of Hollywood and for someone of Taylor's notoriety, goes to show how brave she is as an actor, or how desperate she was at the time, depending on how you look at it, either way it's BRILLIANT, BRILLIANT acting, 100% realistic and I've never seen such power on screen, ever, she is unbelievable, superb.

kay watching this movie for the first time and it´s wierd as hell.....kay then up to the next part
