Persona 3 and 4 do such an amazing job about making me care about the characters. I remember going into Persona 4 with a big chip on my shoulder because I'd "never like these guys like I liked the SEES guys." I was thankfully wrong.

At the beginning this game didn't catch me very much, but after a little while I couldn't stop playing it. It's SO great! I mean, it really teaches gamers something, but at the same time they manage to give the game that feeling older games had. Like... like if it wasn't just a game but a window to another world. I still sometimes find myself thinking about this characters like if they were real. And the music fits realy well. Specially this one.

I will completely agree with you on the point that many modern RPG's just don't grab me like the classics I grew up with. I blame this more on myself than any game in question, but when it came to Persona 3 and 4, I felt the old giddiness in a way I haven't felt since I was a kid. These are the best of the modern rpg's imo.

I agree with you. In fact I'd say that Persona 3 and 4 are some of the most addictive RPG's ever made. Right up there w/ chrono trigger for me in terms of addictivness.

I dunno about your opinion on the type of music Persona 4 carries. I always describe P3 as the hip-hop/rap style while P4 has more of a rock/pop feel.

Both have great soundtracks, regardless!
