It is not expensive to comply. All a mom needs to pump is a small private room, a chair, small table, electrical outlet, and a nearby sink to wash up. Many of the benefits of breastfeeding (reduced turnover, reduced medical care costs, increased productivity, less sick time usage) offset the expenses an employer may incur. Tonya Hirte

This is great! Though I don't know if a year is enough. What about WHO and LLL standards of nursing for two years? I know after a year we won't feed as much, but what if engorgement happens while working?
