Picking a Pug Puppy (or Puppies)

What aspects should you consider when picking out a pug puppy? How can you tell at that early age what their personality is going to be like?

Aaaaaaaaaawwww! Soooo cute! I'm saving up for a Pug, I want an apricot fawn. Not sure what to call it, Derick, Rodney or Yoda! I am definitely a Pugaholic! Ordering loads of books from Amazon to prepare for the new arrival!

Personally I'd go for the quiet one. They might be less trouble. I say "might" because my beagle was quiet and then she tore up the house.

I think it must've been easy for this lady to pick her pug. She bonded right away with the little boy. Pugs are just such sweet little beings. Pugs are just awesome little dogs. I have 2. If anyone thinks they are expensive, I will truly say... it is well worth it. I have 2 pugs. I've had no greater dogs than these.

We decided one pug was enough and after seven months of Bunny Google,we made the right choice. She is a great dog, very smart and was easy to train. But she can be psycho in a funny way. We really love her,She's the best dog to have. Thanks for the commit.

@KristopherNexus I paid $600 for my pug when he was a puppy, he was from an AKC registered litter too. Depends on the colour and pedigree. I've seen some go for $1100 (usually rare colours like apricot and silver).
