  • Wow, people are stupid.

  • Oh god I have heard that last conversation so. many. times.

  • OMG!!! AWESOME!!! I can totally relate!

  • LOL you guys arent subjected to any more shit than other races....narrator sounds like a mega cunt ahahahhaha

  • Ey that Black guy, the one was talking about Vietnamese!

Ey am Vietnamese, I like you <3

  • im asian and i complain why is there no video for getting an asian guy? and idk why im watching this

  • "Chinese girls are hot! What.. what do you mean that's not a complement?!"

  • How to hit on an Asian girl:

    1. Don't be Mexican.

    2. Don't be Indian.

    3. Don't be... fuck it! i'll just simplify this... Just be White!

    Problem solved.

  • @ilisbaani that's not true. Asian women like black guys. Not all but you're right they don't like mexicans or indians. And in mainland countries like Japan white guys have it harder than black and puerto ricans.

  • Makers of this vid, please know that I love you.

Hear that kiddies? Love me long time references may just get you a punch in the face.

  • A lot of focus on food. Us westerners can be really narrow minded. Somewhat ironically, in certain parts of Asia, they don't even have food (N Korea).

  • full metal jacket was the shit

  • Never go flirting on an empty stomach.

  • too funny

  • shit, my last girlfriend was asian, and I kinda treated her like a human? not typical gay stereotypes. oh wait what was that? a mistake? my next defence? I make a great General Tao Chicken tho.

  • I get this shit all the time. Except, it's not just from guys, it's from men and women of all ages who are not Asian. I was at the doctor's office and the secretary was like, "so you must know a few things about Feng Shui." Aghh......

  • Obviously the tactic works because all you see are af/wm couples here in the dc metro area.......so you should retitle your video....."what works on asian girls"

  • @MrDukeus how do u know they would say such things

  • that girl isnt even hot

  • You know the sad thing is i've seen lots of guys who try this shit...

  • In DC I met a white guy who was like at 5:25 in public and what he said sparked my interests(no im not gay) but I did this to let the asian girl get free as she didnt want to be rude to get up and leave hahaha. But I did run into an asian lesbian. again I tried to save her from a jackass fettish white dude. but she treated me worse than him. all you men get the fuk away from me leave me alone! and I saved her not to be alone with her myself as I never try to impress an angry woman.

  • I was on the metro train once with my friendly japanese date of the night with Akiko. Some guy walks into the train and says to her: Hey your'e Lisa right? Akiko looked at me as I said good by and we both eyeballed each other and laughed out loud.

  • I like to really mess up asian girls thinking when I say something like Konichiwa chingu doi bu chi! Dahm bae chul saeoh?

  • I met this one white guy who felt he knew asian girls so much better than any man alive he said he could get any asian woman he wanted just as logn as he wore his army camo winter jacket as it was a subliminal message that we support asian for their freedoms and he was a better choice for supporting the war and that 80% of things need not be said because the jacket does that for him. Hahahahahahaa! weirdo white guy.

  • this woman is average looking at best.

  • @Jramssy that is not the point of this video.

  • Comment removed

  • It's a tough world out there, but if this is you're idea of tough, you've got an easy life.

  • My boyfriend sometimes does this...facepalm. (I'm asian, he's white)

    ಠ_ಠ

  • lol @ 4:26

  • Ok, so how do I hit on Asian-American women then?? I already know how to not hit on them, ha ha ha. =P Dumb title, lol...

  • Great video and message. This raises a lot of issues-- misogyny, racism, sexism, street harassment... many women (and women of color in particular), can relate to these layered everyday interactions.

  • THIS IS MY LIFE!!!!!!!!

  • @TheObamaNigger : ugly pan-faced Asians??? (wow, your words applied to all Asians); nice.

  • Haha if you think its bad gor Asian girls you wouldnt believe what the asian guys go through

  • @cheeco8 um... what girl hits up on Asian guys anyway...??? (see?)

    :D

  • @xzotyqa

i hope ur children die of leukemia irl

  • @xzotyqa i hope ur entire family gets murdered horrible you fucking cunt

  • @xzotyqa no girls but women and milfs

  • this all happened to me before

  • lets see if they have the balls to hit on a black chick

  • Fuck... I read the title as "How to hit an asian girl" thinking i would get some tips on how to discipline my asian.

  • pretty funny. what would make it even better is if there was an asian guy in the skit.

  • I feel sorry for the asian women...I seriously find it retarted how men well do that lol

  • All women are subjected to such silliness, and sexism.

  • I'm betting the scene @2:07 is one of the incidents that actually happened verbatim. It's stunning how ignorant/gross/obnoxious some are when it comes to reducing Asian women to stereotypes.

  • This video is so dumb.. You have to be an ass to accomplished these stuff

  • Those with Asian fetishes think the stereotypes all Asian women possess are positive things, like being sexually submissive and petite. Stereotypes for other minority groups like Hispanics and blacks are "more negative" because we're all illegals, or get pregnant at 15. ALL stereotypes are wrong, people.

  • why are all the "american" things you mention in your last recommendation all primarily WHITE american-originated sport/topic/people? just because some asian american women like myself do not want to only talk about asian things, does not mean i only want to talk about white american people/topics either...

  • OMG what can or can't I say so a girl will like me and not be offended...

get some balls you betas, I've never stayed away from racial topics with asian girls. As long as you're confident and not retarded/insulting it's all good.

BTW funny how supposedly asians get mad when you ask them where they are from originally. I'm a white guy with an accent and I don't get mad at all when people ask me.

  • In addition like daniyellowjellow, I will not let any neurotypical douchebag even throw a stereotype about my autism and I will chew you out and even make you wish you were never born.

  • Even though I'm not Asian, but I am autistic and I could easily understand the stereotypes thrown at Asians or any other ethnic groups and those who have suffered kinds of stereotypes based on their outward appearances and in my case, my autism which has been stereotyped as "Rain Man". Since you blame Stanley Kubrick, who happens to be my favorite director and of 2001: A Space Odyssey, I have Tom Cruise to blame and I think he is a neurotypical shitbag for promoting that kind of stereotype.

  • I have an Asian fiance, and what I see as the main problem documented here is that the guys are stereotyping and making assumptions about the woman, rather than just talking and letting them reveal who they are, like with any other woman. If from an immigrant family, they'll talk about their culture eventually, but don't assume all Asian cultures are the same.

That, and don't talk to them like they're a hooker. That's almost always a bad move.

  • Why can't non-asian girls not act like such typical stupid dumb blond americans..... :(

  • @gothicfuneral1

Why do you clump us together in one stereotypical group? I'm a college educated Hispanic Woman, did that just blow your mind?

  • This is why we Asian men are BETTER.

  • I have an Asian gf and lots of Asian friends and it REALLY isn't that hard to talk to them. Its not a "Racial minefield"(as portrayed in the video) to be scared of communicating for fear of offending them. Most are pretty chill. Yea, there are insensitive clods out there like the video shows, but for the most part this is an over-dramatization.

  • @xmorg of course you would say that.

  • I was wondering what movie that was from! Now I'm laughing, and have been served some education, thanks!

Also, great clip! Could use... possibly a pop filter or a screen over your mic for the V/O, but otherwise great quality, this looks like it was fun to make!

  • LOVE THIS. thank you!

  • lol asian people who are getting offended.. DON'T! lol this is just showing how stupid other people are when trying to date asian girl.

  • clicked the dislike button by accidnt. This was a great vid. Keep up the good work guys <3

  • @ 4:25 I made the same face...

  • the sad part is that some asian women use these stereotypes to get a white man. I think they do it because they don't really value themselves and feel that having a white boy friend gives them some sort of value. I call it post colonialism racism and inferiority complex that some asians have and superiority complex that white men seek when they go after asian women.

  • 4:27. I think that's the first time I thought an angry face was cute. Sorry about our gender ladies. Not all guys are toolbags like these guys.

  • This is witty and hilarious and depressing. The "instructions" were so sharp and funny, but then the scenes were so so *cringe.* Eek. And they just got increasingly cringeworthy....

  • @Hinoirocks if women don't like obnoxious conversations, then why don't they try opening their mouths and initiating a conversation for a change? normally if you initiate a conversation, you're the one that steers it in a certain direction so you can talk about something that interests you. if you just sit there quietly and let everyone else initiate conversation with you, then of course you are going to hear A LOT of obnoxious conversations.

  • @33LB because MANY women dont WANT to talk to random strangers and arent interested in getting hit on. Some women just want to walk down the street in peace. If we want to, we're fully capable of starting a conversation. :)

  • @Metalgoddess with that attitude then, you have to accept that strangers will start conversations with you about irritating topics.

you can't have your cake and eat it too. stop whining if you aren't prepared to alter a behaviour which is causing problems.

  • @33LB you completely mid-read my tone. I am one of the nicest people and can talk to basically anyone about everything, and I do. I live in New york City and i have strangers and people talking to me every day and i am friendly as ever and carry conversations with all of them. But when strangers are hitting on you in a rude way, its very uncomfortable to get out of a situation.

  • @Metalgoddess so what do you propose then? you're not prepared to "hit on" people, and you don't want others doing it.

so guys can't hit on their friends, and they can't hit on strangers.

i guess we should all just become eunuchs and never talk to women. then we can all roll our eyes when women complain that men don't notice them.

  • Anyway, I love this. Some of the things in this video are way too familiar.

  • I'm half-Thai half-Euro and whenever I mention the Thai tidbit, about 8 out of 10 times people say to me "I love Thai food!". Cool story bro. It's great you like Thai food, I do too, but I wish my heritage wasn't dwindled down to just pad Thai and spring rolls.

  • @apatheticethylene

    Spring rolls are Thai?

  • @WiggaMachiavelli I meant summer rolls, oops.

  • @apatheticethylene

I thought Summer Rolls were chocolate bars...

    Oh well.

  • Linked over from angryasianman website. This is hilariously tragic... sorry to all the Asian sisters for what you're subjected to...

  • Comment removed

  • Right... Lets clarify things, real men would not say that kind of thing to a woman. Any meathead who feels inclined to deliver those lines will be disrespectful to a woman regardless of her ethnicity.

  • lol. the narator makes it sound so snobbish.

  • I could barely watch this. I'm o.k. with looking at blood and guts, but this was the social equivalent of the movie "Saw" for me. The funniest thing is that after the video, she anticipated all the responses that well-meaning people would respond with. Thank you for doing that btw, it really cut down on the same cliche comments here! lol

  • Amazing and so true. To think this ain't even the half of it!

  • YES

    !

FUCKING FINALLY...I hate these stupid fucks (even fellow Asian women) , who subscribe to and participate in this kind of ignorant racist bullshit. As an Asian woman...I will SLAP YOUR FACE if you ever, ever patronize or degrade me in any which way or form, try and call me UnAmerican when my family has been living in America for over 100 years and fought for America in WW2 . If you think I'm too feisty go cry to your mother because we all deserve respect here.

  • @daniyellowjello

WOOT YOU GO GIRL! I support girls like you 100% and i'm a white dude but I am so proud of my race I do not mind telling people my exact DNA. Not that its their business but if I do ask a girl then I do it more proper like. Anata nihonjin desuka? lol

  • @inachu Oh dear. You're really missing the point, which is to just talk to them NORMALLY and not by something stereotype from the first line. A line in an Asian language is just as irritatingly a stereotype as a reference to chopsticks or asking where you're from cos you surely can't be American.

  • @jamgoodmeatgood

Oh dear and you are missing the point assuming all asian women I talk to are asian american. Hahahaha loser! I have not and will never date asian americans. I go for purity

  • @Inbreederkiller4444 SO ironic you you can watch this video and still be so ignorant..how can you say a whole race is bitchy?

  • @daniyellowjello Because they are. Asian women should hire a security team to follow them if they think they can be rude and contrary towards people simply for contrary's sake. There may be more Annie Le's popping up in the morgue. Plus look at the assholes they date, most of them are chain smoking mama boys who only identify themselves with the brand of their car. Plus most of them come from fucked up families too, my ex would joke how her dad made her jack him off. That shit wasnt funny.

  • @Inbreederkiller4444 So since I have grown up with Asian people I wanted to learn more about them and I visited their countries. You know some sick shit goes on over there, anyone with an old Limewire account should know what I'm talking about. They thrive in domestic violence situations and unlike us Westerners their culture dictates never talk about problems. That stark cultural difference is problematic being Asians are use to eating shit, while westerners are use to crying about it.

  • @Inbreederkiller4444 But, despite all this, I still like Asian women, mainly because of their imagination, beauty and their ability to see things the casual observer does not usually see. I have never had a boring conversation with an Asian women, they are much more than your geisha, Lucy Liu, stereo-type, and they can be quite fun at parties provided they aren't being held hostage by a jealous boyfriend or racist dad.

  • @Inbreederkiller4444 One last thing, I owe the Asian woman thanks, had it not been for growing up around those manipulative sneaky highly intelligent people I wouldn't have had such a desire to go to school. I want to compete with them, because I'm shallow, and they are perfect in everything except at being nice to people. My old friend would keep me up at night talking about her experiences with nursing and crazy shit she would learn in school. I want to learn crazy shit, degree here I come.

  • @Inbreederkiller4444 Dude, It'd certainly help if you stopped referring to Asian women as a single monolithic body. An Asian woman is just a woman who happens to be Asian and to associate any behaviours or stereotypes (positive or negative) would be de-individualizing the person in question. If an Asian woman was good to you in the past, then it's her virtue, not the virtue of all the Asian women. Same goes for anything bad.

  • she's korean not vietnamese.

  • @anythinggoesjoe This is called um, respect. Thanks for combining racism AND misogyny into one phrase!

  • It's all Kubrick's fault.

    ...and Uncle Luke.

  • I do think its pretty pathetic what some people say about Asian women, but its more related to their own insecurities more then anything..

  • that last situation happened to me once at work. this guy could not stop talking about his love of china, chinese food, all his chinese friends, the culture, this and that, etc. I had to refrain from smacking him over the head so he could shut up. Unfortunately, I couldn't because I was training him. Nice of him to assume that's all he could talk to me about. The rest of my co-workers were soo embarrassed for him... and gave me apologetic glances.

  • Great vid, I want to show it to all the men on Craigslist.

But protip, don't use "females" as a noun when discussing humans. The word you are looking for is "women."

  • this isn't america, this is australia. dumb asian girl.

  • @energylots !

  • @hugeackman Is your post trying to be offensive?

  • @energylots I find someone automatically thinking internet = america offensive, or at least annoying.

my post was meant to be 'counter offensive', IE you go 'what an asshole, he thinks we're all in his country? this is the inter - oh."

  • Not surprising. After all a majority of Americans don't own a passport.

  • One of my friends told me some guy came up to her and started talking to her about Indian food. Halfway into their conversation, she stopped and went, wait, do you think I'm Indian? He said, well, yeah. She's like, yeah, I'm Mexican-American. He said, oh, I like Mexican food too.

    This is wonderful, btw.

  • "Does that description make you feel cheap?"

Yes, yes it does. I shall continue to weep for the stupidity of my species.

  • Comment removed

  • Mike Posner is funny in this clip.....damn girl, i wanna stir fry you up....

  • @ciarepairs Yes, actually, she is.

  • The funny thing is, there are girls that leverage these stereotypes to get men...And I pity the fool that thinks most Asian women are docile and submissive in a relationship. Most cases: "Man is the head of the family, women is the neck that turns it." - Chinese Proverb...or did Jackie Chan say that?

  • @nnatec2 Wasn't that from "My Big Fat Greek Wedding"?

  • @Wintermute01001 I think it was but I think it was also a Chinese proverb at some point. greatquote it.

  • ohhh this video is funny cos it's true. >.< i'm an asian woman and was eating a dimsim one day, and some guy actually started a "i love chinese food--you must be a great cook, it's in the blood" conversation with me. omg, can't i eat my deep fried processed junk food in peace?!

  • Lmao i'm an asian guy and get this shit asked all the time but not from people hitting on me just people who think i am a nerd virgin ninja...too many dumbasses out there

  • noted!

  • So. Hard. To. Watch. I am a heterosexual female, but how often have I "othered" people just because I SOOOO wanted to talk about some article I just read. Painful.

  • Lol... What idiot would talk to any girl that way... Maybe its bad acting or somthin! However, I have an Asian (Hapa) wife and I tried the "Ol' food Concept" at the beginning... And you know what I still got her! But the sad thing is she can't cook anything- Asian or American!!!!!

  • 2:22 he looked at the camera

  • My parent's are from Suriname, I was born in the Netherlands I can so relate to most of these situations.

  • I'm a half Chinese and half white guy (who looks white) and I feel like I get along best with Chinese American girls (I'm Chinese after all). However, I haven't found a good way to ask Asian American girls their ethnicity without them thinking I'm fetishizing them. Well, it's usually just awkward when I ask that question until they find out I'm half Asian. But in some cases they actually don't believe me. I could show them the family pictures in my wallet but that feels kind of pathetic.

  • At the end, I don't know if she was laughing or crying.

  • I SAW SOME WHITE DUDE AT A GOLF COURSE

asking some asian teen girl if she LIVED IN A MUD HOUSE =D

  • BTW, I'd slap any guy who would say that to me. No matter how many times I have to do it.

  • Why can't people differentiate being attracted to something and fetishes? It's like, if youu like another race not your own, you have to get creepy about it or call your friends creepy for liking something so different from you. It's stupid.

  • I don't understand why ya'll don't carry pepper spray all the time.

Also, I'd like to announce to the world that just because my boyfriend's grandparents are from Korea does not, I repeat, DOES NOT, mean I know a damn thing about the Korean language or anything Korean. Strangely, nobody ever asks him if he speaks Finnish.

  • @kissfan7 Does he?

  • @81cpd Finally! The question I thought I'd never hear!

He knows how to say "Finland", "thank you", and "sauna". It's "Suomi", "kiitos", and, naturally, "sauna".

  • Why the hell would anyone actually admit they're from baltimore?

  • My friend (who was born in America and is Chinese in terms of heritage) gets "Konichiwa!" ALL the time. She also gets, "So, when did you move to America?" (If she had a non-American accent, okay, fine--but she doesn't.)

  • Comment removed

  • #2 freaking funny... bane of all asian females! hahahah.

  • Really? Guys like this exist? I mean, don't get me wrong, i know there are some assholes out there, but... It's like a Reeses Peanut Butter cup:

"You got racism in my sexism!"

"Hey, you got sexism in my racism!"

    "Yay! WE BOTH SUCK!"

  • @lonebannana Genius analogy :)

  • lol nunber 5 took the cake XD

    poor, poor girl, i sympathize

  • What a twat.

  • This is genius. I've definitely gotten the "maybe you could cook for me" line, as well as the perplexing "I assume it's similar..." If you're making these assumptions anyway, why are you asking me?! Aaah.

  • you forgot about Starcraft

  • you wanna feel bad but what can you do. theyre like hot cakes when it comes to interracial dating scene particularly to white guys. of course these guys are gonna talk about them amongst their friends and this is the results of it.

  • Motherfucking #5 and #6.

I've actually had someone get pissed when they asked me, "what are you?" and I answered "Italian." Oh I'm sorry.. was I supposed to like answering a stupid question?

  • im not even asian and im getting offend O_O

  • I FEEL YOUR PAIN SISTA! well said.

  • Oh God. I had one guy do the kung fu motion to me as if he were in is class... And I think he meant it as um sexy...1:36 is very funny.

  • Oh god I've had friends that are Asian been asked. "So is it true that Asian girls like tentacle porn?" My eyes went O_O

  • @TifaKittie I've been around someone when they've been asked "Is it true you have a horizontal vagina."

  • Comment removed

  • @MarkY3K I had someone actually ask me this. I pointed to my vajayjay with my middle finger horizontally and said "Thanks I didnt know my vajayjay was horizontal till today". I cant stand guys who are so into asian women but thinks all asian women in US doesnt speak english so they speak to you in broken engrish. I mean not ENGLISH ITS ENGRISH. I get so annoyed when they do this, i say listen i was born in the US so can you talk to me in ENGLISH NOT IN BROKEN ENGRISH?

  • @MarkY3K I don't understand this one, can you explain the horizontal vagina bit?

  • @flawedxromancexo I don't know exactly, i'm assuming it's a knock at the shape of eyes. But who knows. People say ridiculous things that don't always make complete sense. But the joke was definitely towards her ethnicity.

  • @MarkY3K Wow, that is fucked up. The shape of my eyes in direct correlation to my vagina? Holy fuck.

  • @TifaKittie We all know it's guys who like tentacle porn. They're the ones who make it.

  • @TifaKittie I would have met that person with a fist..

  • lol "i guess ignorance doesn't have a desk calendar", love it! as a black woman, i know what youre talking about.

  • re: recommendation #4

    in the 60s

guy: "yeah i totally burned my draft card, i'm not going over to fucking vietnam and killing my fellow human being brothers just for some fatcat asshole"

    hippie chicks: *swoon*

  • the last guy in the vid is a very common type.

  • And yet they are called sweetsoursatire, as if that's not a stereotype too. Political activism is great, but does it always have to be a pun?

  • Thank you for summing up what fetishism looks like.
