Well, the highend clicky synth is off an effects plate, I always used it to hold the lst 16 before drops together spinnin dubsets... The actual rhythm, not the faintest, could be 50cent for all we know, but, i find that extremely, extemely unlikely, maybe he used the same effect everyone else is and that kid got it confused, who knows... id start by googlin harvey beat though, n work from there. good luck man, tune ids wll drive you bonkers after an hour of good searchin.
