I don't think AAA or AAAA should be on MFC. It should suit AA rank for PFC or MFC, A rank for full combo, B or C ranks for regular pass, and D for failure.
I have one SDP on Light (DDR Extreme, first song of POP4 Normal, had to manually count the Perfects, got 8) but to AAAA anything on Expert... holy CRAP!! That's harder than getting a quad-star in ITG!
Oops, Great is actually 90 ms in DDR but 102 ms in ITG.
So FCs, PFCs, and MFCs are actually easier in ITG than DDR. Probably because of the large point difference between Fantastic/Marvelous and Excellent/Perfect in ITG as opposed to DDR.
I find it funny how the announcer wont even say anything at the results screen. He says "Perfect Full combo" when you get a PFC but he doesnt say anything for an MFC. I guess they really weren't expecting too many people to get these.
@DrDvids Is it just me or can you hear the announcer saying "Marvelous Full Combo" between 2:01 and 2:03? It sounds like the volume of the announcer clip is set too low or something.

Perfect: 45 ms in ITG, 30 ms in DDR
Marvelous: 22.5 ms in ITG, 15 ms in DDR
