Further to my post below, for those who may be interested, I have traveled the world many times over but there isn 't place on the entire planet that compares to my experiences in and around Arunachala

I won't even bother trying to put these into words here but if you are considering a visit to Tiru then just GO !

Sit in the caves at Skanda and Virupaksha on the hill for an hour every day where Ramana sat for years and see what doesn't begin to happen. Truly amazing place to visit

Great video, beautiful music and I love the chanting nearer the end.

I will be on Arunachala in 8 weeks time after traveling around the South a bit, God willing. I will be in Tiruvannamalai for close to 40 days, longer if necessary.

I have been "called" ! If you had asked me about this two months ago it would not have even crossed my mind. Funny how that happens at times isn't it ??

the Mantra is sung by S.P Balasubramaniam, the CD is called "Sanskrit Chants for Meditation" published 2003 in Chennai by super audio pvt ltd.

1st song is from boy george&culture club and is called "bow down mister", second is from a mantra CD bought in tiru, havent got it here at the moment, but can check later about the name of the singer if you want to know, it is very popular , you can hear this special recording also in internet cafes and shops in tiru :-)
