It is written in DBP, which unless you tell it otherwise always uses whatever CPU is left (it may as well since it's only going to waste!). The wrapper only uses an extremely small fraction of that though, because you are right about Box2D being very efficient.

box2d is very efficient, if your wrappers any good I bet thats using only a modest amount of cpu time
