Earthlink sucks big time. They are full of empty promises to get you business and they refuse to fulfill there promise. They have damaged relationships between my potential customers. I have made several calls for them to unblock port 25 outbound but they refuse. This makes it impossible to email out quotes, resumes or proposals leading to lost customers. Stay away from earthlink, they LIE, LIE, LIE.

Recently I cancelled my service, by chat, had a trnscrpt sent to me, & even got a confirmation #. Today I checked my bank records & found that Elink had deducted $76! I called India & a rep said he'd refund the $, but had no explanation as to why the improper charge had happened. This is the 2nd time Elink has done this; a yr ago, when I set up srvce, they tacked on some additional service and charged me for it. I can't believe that 2 bogus charges in 1 year are accidents. Stay away from Elink!
