I met Richard at my 2nd Indiana Governor's Conference for People with Disabilities,

at the Indianapolis Hyatt Regency Hotel. I bought one of his CDs & I bought, "Music Within" on DVD. I will always be a fan.

I knew and loved Art Honeyman. I had the honor of dancing with him, performing with him and laughing with him. I have have longtime friend Tiffani, who has just about as much CP as Art and she is a writer and dancer. Amazing doors opened because of this friendship.

my older brother has CP but has a mental handicap as well. he is the happiest person I know. and it KILLS me how people look at him. I get so angry when I see the weird looks people give him, so angry. My mom tells me that I should be feeling sorry for those people, not my brother. but thats hard to remember sometimes.

Huge irony is that this video isn't captioned so that deaf people can understand what the deaf guy is saying.

I listened about 5 times before I understood (I'm deaf).

Someone should write a law requiring all media to be captioned...oh wait. The FCC already did that.

Great movie! It was very touching and heart warming. My friends brother has Cerebral Palsy. Michael Sheen paints a very actual picture of how debilitating and tragic this disability is.
