Basically this video is telling us that what we're seeing on screen "looks real enough" (doesn't look fake at all to me even after looking at it over and over) however it was created to show that anything you see on screen can look real enough, even though it never really happened.
Although my friend has amateur footage of planes hitting the towers, I'm still convinced that there were charges detonated along the support beams to allow the building to collapse vertically without toppling.
