@VinceDelMonte i do side and regular planks, side lifts, and broomsticks about every morning and night about 5 times a week and i have done your workout to change my routine every couple of days. my question is should i do them all together, just choose one routine, or try to combine them together to not make my body use to the same work outs everyday?

I have a 4 pack, and am trying to figure out how to bring out my lower abs so I can complete the pack. However everything I read always points out that abs are covered by body fat, but I obviously don't have much fat on me. Would doing weighted lower ab exercises bring them out? Or am I looking at this all the wrong way.
Also I've been taking gold standard whey and cell-mass creatine. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
I don't have abs yet, but I can see them coming and they seem to look uneven and strange.. should I bother training them if I think they're going to look ugly?
@rishibasss Everybody has 6 abdominal muscles, but some bodybuilders work their lower abs so much that it LOOKS like they have an 8-pack. Of course with an extremely low amount of body fat.
Are you supposed to do the circuit set one after the other in quick succession, or can you space out the time for each individual circuit? Which way would be better?
Im sorry vince i didnt watch the entire video so this could be a sarcastic tital but theres no such thing as a 6 minute ab workout, its a marketing scheme for 'fat' idiots. My ab workout contains 24 minutes of work outs, although you already no this as a proffesional body builder 6 minutes isnt enough time to get the heart rate going along with working the muscles till the point of failure. Not trolling just stating a fact.
@skullkiller123 Hey buddy. You're right. This is a 6 minute circuit if done 1x. If you do it 4x, it'll be 24 minutes just like yours. This was EXPLAINED in the video. I guess you missed it bc you didn't watch it.
@VinceDelMonte Im sorry but my question was misunderstood, The tital is missleading for idiots that belive you can get a work out done in 6 minutes for 6 pack abs that was my point, also the 6 thumbs up didnt read my post just read yours, ive seen alot of youtubes with body builders and the ones that post miss leading titals get negative response or if lucky get a bunch of views making the maker of the video alot of money at somone elses expense.
This is the biggest mistake in the world of fitness. (The title)
Ab exercises won't make you lose fat and neither make for visible abs.
The guy in guinness book of records who holds the record for situps/crunches has no visible abs.
To get visible abs you simply need to have a low fat percentage. Nothing else.
The guy in the blue shirt isn't incredibly strong or anything.
He has visible abs just by being skinny.
