  • Thank you very much for the detailed walkthrough. I definately appreciate your time and effort in doing this video. 5*

  • i have a leak in a g&p mag. it sounds like it's around the upper o ring. is it necessary to take the whole thing apart? or can i just take the top off?

  • Is there any way I could have that mag? I can see it is very used, but all three of my mags leak very bad. I haven't been able to shoot my m4 in sooo long :( and I don't have the money for a new one or else I would of bought one.

  • Exelent take down, Great video bud

  • make sure that ur mag doesn't fill with the gas cuz if it has a gas left the bottom when you take out the pin it will blow out and hurt you , so becareful :D

  • Just thought I might let everyone know that King Arms mags DO NOT disassemble this easily. The four pins holding the spring cover on were almost impossible to remove.

  • Hey Nice vid, What if i wanted to remove just the top part of the mag to get to the gas outlet valve? is it possible to just skip the previous steps of removing the other pins, spring and base?

  • One of the best Tutorials. Good job. I get sometimes a jam on my AGM M4 and the mag just puufs out all the gas. Any suggestions what to try??? thx

  • My magazine is broken I think. Can you please help me?

Its hard for me to open up the magazine because the pins won't come out. It leaks when I try to put gas into the magazine.

  • How do I get to increase the rate of fire of my M4a1 GBB? what parts will I need?

  • i can't re-assemble now because the bottom part with the oring reuqires enormous amount of pressure to put the pin back in.... fuck

  • can you do a guide on how to maintain the mag? i ordered 3x agm mags (im on a budget) so I'd like some tips, it looks liek you have a l ot of experience with them.

    thanks!

  • i used a hammer for the pins and still nothing

  • WA Mags are such a huge piece of shit! My mags leak as hell and today i tried to fix two of them, after 3 hours of disassembling, silicon spraying all o-rings, assembling, what happens? It leaks same crappy than before!

Oh and both mags get broken rings at the pinholder on the bottom part, which is made by gay plastic. Broken cuz of the damn BB spring wich is fricking harsh to put in. Thanks to WA for scam me with that fuckin mags!

@ Lous: Great review, thanks anyways^^

  • @AdioUKO Amen I wish i could make my gun compatible with WE mags....

  • my mag leak video is up. just heck it and hope u can help me and thx

  • my shit is leaking i just got mines like 1 week and i shot it for like 9-11 mags and it leaks like crazy... ill post up a video and can u help me how to fix it?

  • Thanks mate, good job.

  • Good job! Do the AGM mags are compatible with bomber guns? I have GHK mags and need to know if the AGM ones are compatible...Thanks for your time.

  • If I use semi-auto only, what bolt carrier will be better for me? lighter or havier than stock? please help.

  • Definitely stock if you use semi-only.

    What gun do you have?

    -Luis

  • I have AGM M4 RIS, and what about havier(metal) than stock or lighter than stock (aluminium?)

  • Well you can get a steel carrier but you risk sluggish cycling.

An aluminum carrier won't give you recoil but you'll get the best gas efficiency in the world.

I personally like the stock AGM carrier, just keep the steel nub that catches on the botl stop.

    -Luis

  • I get it, gas efficiency is important for me too. Can you explain exactly about steel nub for bolt stop?

  • Yup, the stock AGM carrier has a small steel nub on the area where it engages the bolt stop. Keep the nub on there to minimize wear to the actual cast-metal carrier.

    -Luis

  • Great tutorial. THANKS!

  • have you found out how to put the gas mechanicals of the magazine into a PMAG shell?

  • Keep up the good work

  • Does a gas leak on a mag cause inconsistent fps?

  • Excellent instruction video. Thanks!

  • No problem Jimi. Good luck with your gun and contact me if you need anything in the future.

    Thanks,

    -Luis

  • Thanks man, no problem.

    Jimi:

Sorry to hear about the top plates then, I'm sure I saw them somewhere...... Cheap too....

Anyways, There is no cheap NPAS as of now, sadly. It's $60.

Either way, you'll still get good cycling using duster gas and the aluminum carrier like you said. It's worth giving it a try.

As an advantage, you'll be within CQD FPS limits and your loading nozzle will last more due to less stress from the duster gas.

Use your STEEL bolt catch sparingly though.

  • Yeah, I might just wait until some ACM clones the RAT NPAS... shouldn't be too long now :P

My reasoning with the duster gas theory is that since the AGM bolt was designed to function off of duster with some measure of reliability, and that 6000 series aluminum is supposedly better than pot metal, AND that the Aluminum bolt is lighter than pot metal by about 140 grams, it might not wear down as quickly. Either way, I'll probably only use the bolt catch only during matches. Thanks Luis :)

  • nice post bro, great demo

  • Jimitare:

No problem man, I'm glad I could help.

Check Airsoftglobal or boomarms for top plates, they might have them in stock.

The element nozzle is good but you'll need new pins right away. The stock ones are terrible and don't fit! You can also use the AGM spring on the flute valve if the positive pressure system isn't working for you.

The AGM heavyweight mags DO hold enough gas to shoot all 50 BBs and some more.

My AGM mag is for sale by the way!

    Thanks,

    -Luis

  • Just checked both sites... didn't have them :|

Oh well, thanks for trying :)

Once I sell my L85 project gun, I'll probably buy those parts I mentioned earlier. Do you know where to find a cheap NPAS? My local CQB field has a FPS limit of 300 with .25's and I don't feel like using duster :P

  • Actually...

If I use the aluminum bolt on duster gas, it should give me a good rate of fire (because the bolt is only 75 grams as opposed to the stock bolt's 210 grams), a relatively low FPS rating, and the ability to use the bolt catch, right? If that's the case, then I should be investing in a duster gas adapter :)

  • hello

is it true that the AGM heavy weight magazine cant hold enough gas to shoot all the bbs in one fill, eg one fill cant shoot all 50 rounds, thats what i just heard from one reviewer

    thanks

  • My AGM mag works fine. The new versions are better than the old versions. The only problems I've heard about were the spring not having enough power to activate the bolt catch. As for gas, it should be fine for at least one and a half mags of shooting.

  • I have installed the element and it works just fine with my AGM M4 but retained the original AGM pulley spring 'cause the element kind is not strong enough to pull the nozzle back to it's normal position.

  • Thanks :)

  • Hey Luis. That was really helpful.

Do you know who sells top plates? I have two mags that have broken top plates, but are otherwise good mags. If I get replacements, I'll be able to put another 100 rounds downrange.

Oh and an off-topic question: Are the element high flow nozzles any good? The AGM one exploded in my stock bolt carrier group.

Thanks for being so helpful :)

  • your video and walkthrough are clear but you have organization issues lol kidding! kindly post a take down of the lower receiver of your M4 - thanks.

  • Haha yeah, I just threw everything to the side....

I might post a complete takedown of the whole M4 while I'm at it. I just have to find time to do it.

    Thanks,

    -Luis
