im looking at a 86 g20 with 93,000 miles on it for $1,900, im looking forward to the v8 sound with a a new muffler

closest i can find is ford transit,

with a v8 they are only half as good

I have an 88 G20 that I flex piped the muffler, and it sounds exactly like this..awesome noise

Nice van! Did you buy this van in the Netherlands or you imported it from the US? I know that Europeans dont really like American cars because they cost too much to fill up at the pump. I was just asking how much do you pay to fill your tank? I know that gas in Europe is super expensive, in fact its one of the worlds most expensive gas.

@moeq8iprince Yes, you're right... Gasoline costs in The Netherlands up to € 1,70 per liter and a liter is 0,26417205 US Gallon. So, we pay € 6,80 per US Gallon. That is approx. 5,556 Dollar per US Gallon.

Nice van you have there. I've got one that's a few years older, had the engine rebuilt with a stroker crank and other goodies, as well as a 700-R4 trans (non electronic 4L60E).

I like vans a lot, much more practical and better handling than an SUV could ever be.

That's just utterly rediculous, making your car louder by adding exhaust stuff. I say If you wan't a loud car, buy a car with like 700HP. I try not to laugh when I see those dinky tiny little honda (or whatever) cars that are slow on the pickup, but extremely loud.

Do what?There are things that aren't all that expensive to make that van have much more power...k&n air filter, different spark plugs, different fuel injector, higher rear gear 3.7 or 3.9 rear axle instead of 3.42-HA! especially in a vehicle like that.I would atleast spend my money for a k&n air filter, which does atleast change the sound of the van a little, I know becuse I have a van lihe that already with a k&n air filter already.I'm working on getting a higher rear gear axle for better mpg.

Huh? I have a chevy 350V8 g20 van and the reason I'm saying that stuff is because I AM a car guy. THAT van sounds like it's pooting, LOL! Guys who like to make their cars poot aren't really car guys in my book.

he V8manic, is die Chevy een Tiara uitvoering toevallig, die zie je niet zo vaak:)

De kunstof uitbouw met grijze bies komt me erg bekend voor, en dat zielige toetertje die ik helaas nog steeds heb ook haha!
