Fa1k this, I am in shanghai for 14 years, Chinese police is agout "gao de ding" or "Gao bu ding". It means can U fix the relations or not. Last month in shanghai 3 drunk guys had a fight with police and they just made 1 call. I don't know who was the guy but policeman listen to the guy and even apologized from the person that was beating him. This is funny, U hit the police and instead of going to prison the policeman says sorry. ONLY IN CHINA :)

Yes the Chinese police force is of course the best. They have the best thought police task force in the world. They have execution vans that is the state of the art. A freedom loving inmate goes in and comes out in nice little packages packed with dry ice to the hospital in 30mins to the highest bidder. They are the best in the world because they are prosecutor, judge, and executioner all in one office to lower China's budget.
