  • @tonydjr The weight of the ball peen hammer is 24 ounces. Thanks for checking out my book and drills.

  • Cool

  • @SenorShopo Thanks.

  • Will these drill help in the game of pool? I want to be more focused and consistent at shot making.. I am trying to reach a goal as a high level pool player.

  • @realazzrealgets Check out my Whole Brain Power book. My program works for anything that requires focus and hand to eye to brain coordination.

  • @realazzrealgets Let me tell you something that you do not know, and that is you will find that the single sport where ambidexterity is the most important in is swimming! Now I am going to tell you the reason that this is the case, and it is because of the fact that you are using both both hands in both the butterfly stroke, and the breast stroke, however it is also a fact that because of alteration in the back stroke, and freestyle stroke this means that merit applies too!

  • could this exercise help with Rugby passing the ball etc?

  • @Robinpeys These exercises help with coordination and reflexes. So it makes sense that it would help with your Rugby passing skills

  • my uncle has been practicing 30 min a day for a year. he can do hundreds in a row

  • @msalem311 It would be great for a video post of his skills doing the ball peen hammer. I have yet to see anyone do runs in the hundreds.

  • I cant even do alphabet backwards lol .

  • Where can i get this book?

  • @marcboobiemore You can get the Whole Brain Power book at LULU.com or from Amazon. There also is a Workbook too. Thanks for your interest.

  • @wholebrainplanet sir do u think this type of exercise would help a martial artist???

  • @norma1250 Yes, it would help with reflexes. Check out my book Whole Brain Power.

  • So this will help me see the ball better? i just got out of my 8 game hitting streak tonight and i felt i wasn't seeing the ball well. i was just wondering if you will guarantee this will work?

  • @sperrysperrysperry01 I assure you that these hammer drills work wonders for baseball players. Read my Whole Brain Power book.

  • wow this guy must an invincible hockey and soccer goalie

  • Is it more difficult to do it on the round or on the flat side of the hammer??

  • I tried being ambidextrous by being able to use my left hand equally with my right; but for some reason while my left improved traumatically, my right improved like big time :P

  • @xSanDisk That is the way that it works. Read my book and you will be inspired to get back to your training.

  • @xSanDisk How long did it take you to be able to get 10?

  • @kingmichael17 I did it the first day because I was working with other hammers for a long time before that. You can read about my methods in my book Whole Brain Power. Thanks for your interest._Hammer

  • WOuld this help with my boxing?

  • @t00beasty Let's put it this way. If you did the hammer drill training including the sledge hammers guys won't want to get in the ring with you._Hammer

  • hey im going for wide receiver on the football team, would doing these drills help? What other drills could i do??

  • @CashMoneyClass All of these drills will make you more coordinated and focused at your football activities. Read about the methods in my book. Thanks for your interest.

  • wow this old man got some nice skills GOOD STUFF, so owner of this video, if i kick a football more often with my left foot(weaker foot) my right foot will improve drastacally?

  • @aghahowa11 Hey watch it. I am not so old. (52 might seem old to you, but one day you will get there too.) Yes, if you practice left footed kicking it will improve your right foot kicking. Read my book, Whole Brain Power.

  • Your brain hemispheres are connected by the corpus collosum, the right side controls the left side of your body and visa versa. There is no solid evidence supporting your theory.. your hemispheres work some what in sync but when working one side works the other should not benefit twice fold what the other does. This is nonsense. But besides that good coordination and ABC's haha.

  • @trulydivin3 I NEVER CLAIMED TWICE FOLD. There is so much evidence that the corpus collosum grows with ambidexterity. Science also caims that the corpus collosum grows well into adulthood. I do not believe that my theories are nonsense. The cerebral cortex also grows with juggling training. The technology of Voxel Based Morphometry shows that the surface of the brain can grow up to 5 % in 90 days. Do some reading on the subject and then we can compare notes. Thanks for your comments._Hammer

  • @wholebrainplanet And this 5% growth rate is continual? We'd have heads the size of exercise balls.. plus this is one theory. This theory was done when this subject wasn't learning anything else? If true, that's silly. No need to compare reading.. I'm preparing to go into neuroscience. I'm not "dumb" but these are my thoughts on the subject and I don't mean to offend you or challenge your intelligence by any means. These are just my thoughts on the subject. Good luck on your product though!!

  • @trulydivin3 The same would be true about our biceps if they kept on growing. If we lift weights and there is muscle growth and it is 5 % in 3 months of course it will eventually level off in time. I only was referring to information that has been presented by neurological studies.

I do not feel offended in any way. I am just a pioneer in this ambidexterity movement and I have seen lots of people do my training and they all have great results. _Hammer

  • Should teach this in school

  • @GeanJin There are lots of things that they should be teaching in school. Penmanship is one of them. Hammer

  • Alphabet forwards ummmm no

    Alphabet backwards? Never.

Positively Great vid but the scuffing noise in the slow-mo run was kinda annoying

    *just sayin

  • @McK21279 Hey, thanks for the comments. Next time I will filter out the slo mo scuffing noise. Hammer

  • This is very impressive. I have been dancing for a year now and have started to take it very seriously. Co-ordination of different parts of your body at different speeds and at different counts is very challenging!

The thing about an exercise is that once you have mastered it it becomes second nature in your muscle memory to the point that it is no longer a c-ordination exercise! What advice can you give for actually mentally getting to grips with new co-ordination challenges more quickly?

  • @tubehows4life Read my book Whole Brain Power. Hammer

  • I don't know my alphabet in normal order.

  • Hi Mike,

I had shoulder sugery on Tuesday so my ambidextrorus tennis will be out of commision for a few months. The doctor says that when it is healed it should be about 92%

I did some filming 2 days before my surgery which I will be putting in youtube. I will be perfecting my lefty, mirror image writing while recovering and will order your book this week.

    Take care Roger Garland

  • damm i couldn't say the alphabet backwards in a million years

  • nice
