This is the city I was born and raised in and I thought it would be good to see this. However my enjoyment was spoilt by the commentary which was rushed and badly articulated. I would politely suggest that the commentary is redone and at a slightly slower pace. I do believe that with all the pauses that are in there, there would still be enough room to fit it all in. Other than that I thought it was very well done.

Interesting to me how the post war rebuilding affected Southampton. As for the future, personally I hope we see massive regeneration of the waterfront and reconnect it with the city. It's a shopping city now.
I think we need to see more museums, a big gesture with national significance. That and the improved waterfront would give the place new life.
