Hey man go ahead & check ur engine set up man. Maybe the high & low neddles need to be adjusted according to the weather man bcus if is too hot u are going to damage the engine, but if is very cold then u can twik the engine to perform very well.

Once you move to 1/5th scale u will never look back at nitro!

Yeh u need to mix Unleaded Petrol with 2-stoke oil to make a fuel mix for 2stroke engines.

The jato goes faster, but is more expensive. The firestorm is a good entry level nitro truck. Hope this helps Souljadat.

maybe someone here can explain why is it that the e-revo looks good but a rvo 3.3 ooks just like the maxx and also whats with the little to scale cars i can only think of one reason to have em and thats to drift other then that a rustler or comparable car could be lowered and run on pavement just as well

The maxx is a cheaper model made by the traxxas company. Not everyone has $500 to dump on a rc truck. I own that own road car that is in this video now. I bought it from the driver. It is a fun car to drift with. You could lower a rustler, but why? They are great fun off road. Thanks for watching and the comment Crazysnake.

hey everyone, soon I want to buy my first nitro RC. I'm looking into, but not limited to, HPI and Traxxas. I'm probably looking for something in the 45-50 mph range, on road or offroad. Right now I'm looking at the Nitro Rustler, MT2 G3.0 RTR, Firestorm RTR, and any of the on-road cars HPI makes. Does anyone have any suggestions at all for me?

It really depends on what you want from your RC car or truck. HPI and Traxxas both make great cars and trucks in the range that you are speaking about. My advice is to go to a local hobby shop and explain to them what your expectations are and they will fit the car or truck to you.

Hey guys, im on the market for a new nitro rc truck and i have narrowed it down to 2 choices: the firestorm 10T RTR or the MT2 G3.0 RTR. message me which truck u think i shud get, PLEASE. Also, im wonderin what the top speed of the firestorm is, include that, if you can, in your recomendation. PLEASE HELP ME CHOOSE. I CANT SLEEP AT NIGHT

The firestorm is less expensive, but with that in mind you get a basic 2WD nitro truck with a pull start system. The Firestorm is a work horse and I have given it some very hard running.

Check out my other video called Jumping and trashing the firestorm and revo 3.3 to see how it runs.

For about $60 more, you get a 4WD nitro truck that is about the same size as the firestorm with an electric start system. I do not own this one, but it sounds like a good deal.

Both are made by HPI. It is just a matter of preference and how much money you want to spend.

How right you are mate. The jato will dominate any thing. You can mod them up in many different ways to take on almost any surface. They may be 2WD But they have to power to where that doesn't even matter. GO WITH THE JATO 3.3.
