Northern lights (aurora borealis) are rare here in Canada at 45 degrees North, I see a few at night every 11 years:solar maximum. Many more at 48N.
No one has ever seen any during daylight.
HAARP is documented as a generator of Aurora too, officially.
So how do you explain auroras above the epicenter at 30 degrees north in maximum daylight 2pm ?
