  • I was listening to NIN today and just stumbled here by accident. This is awesome!!! Thank you for putting this up. =D

  • 2nd baby looks like paris jackson 00:08

  • i love this wish it was longer

  • I'd been on a NIN kick a month prior to discovering this very show and felt like the universe was aligned.

  • the first time i saw the video for closer i assured myself that i had heard the most horrifying thing i would ever hear.

    i was wrong O____O

  • Does the Nine Inch Nails have an instrumental album? I much prefer this kind of music over lyrical stuff.

  • @wollam11 oh yes they do :) its called ghosts and still

  • @JimBoopLoop Do have a link for that? I can't seem to find any reference to the album "Ghosts and Still" with a google search.

  • @wollam11 You didn't get it, he meant two albums: "Ghosts I-IV" and "Still". =)

  • What's funny is that the guys who made the intro to this show made the intros to Se7en and The Walking Dead, that's why they seem so familiar. Perceptive commenters!

  • @SemperFi62 and their names are?...i'd like to see some of their work

  • @SemperFi62 cont... interview that Stephen King is a huge fan of the show, yeah I know big surprise lol. But he wrote an episode of TWD that will be in the second half of S2 and expressed interest in writing one for AHS. Knowing him it would probably be along the lines of episode 2 "Home Invasion" and just like he is doing on TWD he of course would guest star in it.

  • @SemperFi62 Wow thanks for that info I knew there was something familiar about it. the serious creepiness and sense of foreboding, and the fact that the music and images tend to stay stuck in your head long after watching it is just like Seven and TWD. AHS is an awesome show unlike any other, could you imagine if David Lynch "Twin Peaks" had done this show? or even wrote an episode? I know it would have made even less sense to most people but it would have been awesome! I also read in an

  • It's not just the intro. The opening song itself has a very NIN vibe to it to me. I love it.

  • Well done, great merge of the 2 amazing visual/audio effects

  • well done.

  • you should make it looooooooooooooonger

  • I watched Se7en after going on an American Horror Story marathon, and I thought the intros felt similar. Thanks for putting this together.

  • I fucking love the show, but the opening credits freaking bores me.

  • If you mute this video and play the theme for THE WALKING DEAD it fits so perfectly.

  • @StressTestPictures @Hobohodou Yeah, you're really right :). Tried. True Story.

  • Lol the 2 are closer than you think. Charlie Clouser Coproduced this with someone. NIN keyboardist during the spiral years ;D

  • @Arcontas Then it's no wonder I love AHS, this video, and NIN :D

  • Ahhh at last! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!

  • @MrsCop your welcome ..haha at last what? have you been looking for the combo?

  • @JimBoopLoop The "American Horror Story's" intro has always reminded me of NIN's "Closer" video. It's like a breath of fresh air seeing NIN and AHS merged. >:)

  • @MrsCop yes i see it now! i was freaked out last week because direct tv threatened to take fx off the air... but its back i love this show
