what were your piston clearances when you assembled the motor??? i need to know so i can finish my motor, and no one can give me the correct clearance for these pistons on a high boost turbo setup, PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!! Thanks

PTWC should be around .003-0.004 from 300-450 whp.

yo im working on the same bottom end setup right now! what is you piston gap on the motor? have you had any problems with the FJ setup? And are you using a high flow oil pump or the stock oil pump? Pleeease help me out!!!

no problems with the fj rods, if you didnt know they held over 600horse power on the d16 with vitaras and didnt break. I am using a stock pump with a shim , too much oil pressure though..i just put in a toga high volume, and it still has high oil pressure. Id reccomend getting a OEM pump and porting it out using endyn's guide. good luck!
