@SuperXboxKILLA According to the mod, Denver is nicknamed "Dog City," based on a bit of story in New Vegas.

In New Vegas, Denver is the origin for robodogs like Rex (who was a pre-war K9 unit in the Denver Police Department) and after the war, had several other robodogs activated and other dogs bred. The dog handler at the Fort confirms this.

The mod just expands on this story.
