@galaxyelitecheer 4" in front and about 2-2.5" in rear. Most lift kits are that way because of the stance of trucks from factory.

i own a dodge mega cab 1500 she has 5.7 hemi and i have done some mods like a power wire and cut of the exhaust at the Cadillac converter and she is a beast the down side is that it gits 13 to 12 mpg it is worth it when you open up the hemi and hear it roar

my wife has an 07 megacab4x4,,,and this weekend were lifting it 4 in,,,,did you have any probs doing yours?

The 4" Rancho lift is a great inexpensive lift. No problems at all. Shocks are worn out now, though, after 75kmi and really bad NY roads. I have had 37x13.5x20 tires on there with a little rub and now have 35s on there with no rub (look small after the 37s). The bigger tires do put some stress on the wheel bearings and ball joints, but that's somewhat expected after 70kmi. The only problem is wanting a bigger lift!
