Life is supposed to have the ups and downs and adversities, I like what you have to say because you give it with the straight truth. I ran into this video looking for some sort of inspiration for myself. I've suffered horrible anxiety that I am now disabled from because I've done nothing to overcome it. I live with constant fear, fear of change, fear of facing myself, fear of the unknown. I have become comfortable living in fear rather than experience freedom from panic attacks, generalized anxiety disorder and agoraphobia. I respect the hell out of what you say because it's the straight truth.

Life is all about connection, community, family and love as soon as people realize that, they can move on to the next level in life.
