@Forscutt69 That's a mean thing to say, I take it you play Bass guitar? I do, and when it comes to playing a passage like this, to do it properly takes good timing to land the up beat notes. Timing is the most difficult thing to learn, I have been a musician for 12 years and I still have a hard time in the studio, where your timing must be perfect. And besides, IT'S NYAN CAT, the Bass line BETTER be simple because the lead melody is insane!

It does take some skill getting a bass to sound good on most speakers - I've learned this the hard way. But the answer is basically "mastering"
