Right now billions of living things on this planet are being mutilated and killed due to silly little lifestyle choices, like buying and burning gasoline. Plants, animals, people...the fox is not pitiable, Ed and the rickshaw driver simply honor the spirit of the animal and do the courteous thing. And yes, it is rare. Mr. Izzard fucking rocks.

we ran with eddie. from the outskirts of stranraer in to the town. hes a really down to earth guy! we had a few pints with him in a local pub! great guy!

Goodness me. I really don't know how he is keeping going when it so wet and there is so much heavy traffic. The fox in the road made Eddie sad. Know what he means. I had to move one into a wood once myself. Too undignified somehow in the middle of the road. Eddies marathon story and films should be shown (especially to schools) as an inspirational story. Talk about strength of character! Must be making him a bit bonkers by now.

Bloody legend. In total admiration-I'm training for a half marathon but that doesn't even compare with what he's doing. Struggled through 10 miles today so god knows how he's feeling!

Re. the losing of weight, I'm not surprised he hasn't-Ive put on weight through training and feel cheated! I too thought running = skinniness!!
