I love Yanni, but I'm afraid that I hate this work. I think the voices and the lyrics spoil the original songs. Specially 'Desire' where the lyric is easy and ordinary, and the singer seems to me like a sort of Ricky Martin singing Yanni.

I'm sorry but I miss the long-haired and mustached Yanni (an old-fashion look, I know) and his power to make a eloquent and powerful song without the need of a lyric. This is nothing but a needless commercial remake, which may succeed, but not worth.

BUT, what separates Yanni from other musicains is the way he delivers his concerts without the new of lyrics...he captures that soo perfectly than anyother musician; and he has lost that. he's trying sumthin' new though; so give him credit for trying!

When I remember Yanni's concerts, I forgive anything, even this... Do you remember 'Love is All' from 'Tribute'? That's a song wich was meant to be lyrical and it worked. And I loved that song. The problem is, if Yanni want to work with new voices, he should compose new songs for the special voices. Then I will agree he is bringing new life to his music.

But I truly believe, the only thing he should do is to sit down with his piano, and wonders will happen...

Ender...mi amigo, parte importante en mi adolescencia, con el que pasaba horas frente a el piano componiendo canciones inspiradas en los amores de aquella epoca.
