Look shes chinease and a little vietnesse and yea she can represetn America... it doesnt matter... we arent racist and stuff and hey look at Nastia Luiken... she came to America when she was 4-5 years old and now shes an olympian gymnast.... so YES it doesnt matter where u r from... BUT IF U ARE A GYMNAST THAT DOES REALLY WELL IN AMERICA U WILL GET REWARDED!
ivana is doing incredible now that shes a woga. but the only thing i dont like, is that all three, nastia, rebecca and ivana have almost the same beam routines.
Ivana is so my fave. I have a newfound respect for Bridget, but if Ivana smoothes out her rough spots, she's could be one of those gymnasts who just takes everything to a whole other level in her routines. Like Nastia, she has a grace and form on the apparatuses I don't think anyone at this competition even touched.
ivana definitely made the right choice by going to woga >> there's added polish in what she does now, compared to her routines from GAGE. i hope she'll re-add her double front to fx!!
i was really impressed with ivana during visas. i believe she needs to work on her dismount on bars and h itting handstands but otherwise i thought she did great.
you know to be honest i really thought Ivana should have won i mean she hit 8 for 8 bridget didnt. i mean she had one great floor excersise that just catapolted her up but ivana really was the best.. yes i mean on UB a little bit of problems on release skills doesnt get a bunch of hight but every thing else was great
Tim says her lack of amplitude on bars was a .3 deduction. And her landings on floor were a little out of control. But she has polish like Nastia, really pretty to watch. I'm sure she'll be totally kickass at Worlds. There is nothing wrong with being second.
@NlovewithNaley well anyone can hit 8 for 8 but if you don't have the start values then it doesn't matter. like nastia liukin fell in the olympic team prelims on bars and shawn johnson hit/stuck her dismount and nastia made it into the final because she has a point on shawn's routine
she has improved greatly!

I don't like her floor routine. I mean, the music is just so beautiful, it really touchs you, and Ivana can't perform with it properly. I hate that.

this girl has the makings of a champion gymnast! she needs to embrace that! i see a lot of romanian circa early 1990s in her form!!!!

Agreeeed.
If they weren't counting the step on floor, Ivana would have won.
The step neeeds to come back!
