  • I've got these little things... she's got you

  • My name is Josef, I'm 27 and I think this song is amazing. Love Patsy's songs.

  • Patsy Cline is the greatest female voice of any genre!

  • Beautiful. No way country gets better than this.

  • @rnross i completely agree

  • Patsy was a female Elvis. Her style sounds very smilar to his and even the Jordanaires are doing the background vocals. She was the greatest female to ever come out of Nashville with Loretta coming in a very close second.

  • Great song sure a lot of women can relate to ...great upload love Pasty ..Aussie :)

  • When I hear this song, I'm just.. blown away. I love Patsy Cline.

  • omg i am a rock and roll at heart but do i ove song GREAT

  • MMMmmmmmm. nice:)

  • PATSY IS STILL CONSIDERED THE HIGHEST QUALITY COUNTRY SINGER OF ALL TIME.

  • Every time I hear Patsy Cline's music I get this feeling in my heart that I can't explain, sorta this warm and loving feeling next to a heart break, all I can say is I love her music and how it touches me. R.I.P Patsy... <3

  • Man or woman, old or young... This song really nails what it feels like to be dumped.

  • Floyd Cramer tickling the keys.

  • Perfect !!!

  • PERFECT, REALY PERFECT. NO WORDS, NO COMMENTS. AND ANOTHER 14 COWS TOO, IDIOTS ARE EVERYWHERE.

  • I love the piano arrangements used on this song as it is one of my favorites by Ptsy Cline. She had a great voice back then, but sadly she did not live long enough to see how far she would be now.

  • *sigh* this is too perfect....

  • Breaks my heart every time I hear this soneg... Patsy doing her job decades after she's gone. God love her!

  • Some of the most beautiful music ever played by anyone....

  • Patsy Cline, where have you been all my life?

  • How can anyone dislike this?

  • it's just horrible when this song ends. you have to play it again to feel better.

  • only in name

  • ow

  • I wish all the other "wanna be's" stop trying to do her music

  • Grew up on patsy. As did my mother, and her mother. Cant ever get enough.

  • I don't know what Patsy Cline is, but she's not a singer. She's so far ahead of "singer" that she is at a completely different level. Don't know what they call it but she's bound to be lonesome up there.

  • first heard this song done by Elvis Costello, but my god here is the original....her inflections and tones are surreal, what an angel

  • I'M IN LOVE!

  • beautiful voice.... she looks like rizzo from grease

  • The picture at 1:58....awesome !!

  • Patsy Cline was the VERY FIRST Solo female performer 'ever' inducted into the country music hall of fame,in one fast, fell swoop in 1973. How could they give it to anyone else ? And even 'MORE' Amazing was,she beat the great Johnny Cash into the hall of fame by 7 years !!! --Living testament to a talent,a singer of great pathos,an AMERICAN LEGEND that will 'never' die ! The late,V-E-R-Y great, Patsy Cline ! Brad Savage -- Lifelong Fan.

  • *sigh* exactly........

  • rip off that motown music and stick a cowboy hat on her that will bring in some shekles lol

  • I would never leave you patsy. EVER! from a fucking fat brit.

  • What a wonderful lady

  • She and Freddie Mercury have the 2 best voices the world has ever, or will ever hear in my very humble opinion. I love them both and everytime I hear their music, it's like hearing them for the first time. They never dissapoint.

  • @caseyamy3232 Well then Im not the only one who adores them both....so so different but who cares about that!

  • tyty love pasty

  • heartbreak makes the best music.

  • My first records were 78's of Patsy. Sure can't sing it like Patsy, but who can? Give my version a listen anyway. love to all Dan Dell

  • honestly gives me chills. am i the only one?

  • There is no voice that will do, like Her's.

  • Classy and talented lady. not like the skanks who call themselves singers nowadays and couldn't carry a tune in a bucket without a synthesizer.

  • thanks for sharing this great classic country music with everybody!!!!

  • beautiful voice

  • This was my Mom through and through I miss you Mom!!

  • patsy cline will forever remind me of driving to the beach with my mother... great memories. thank you patsy <3

  • She was so pretty.

  • She is my all time favorite singer. She is so beautiful.

  • I may only be 20, but this genre of music exceeds pretty much anything that any artist can put out right now.

  • I was a little girl in the mid-seventies...my dad was a bull rider, and his favorite records were Patsy Cline and Hank Williams, Sr. I still remember putting them on and how I sang. We had this album by Loretta Lynn. On it she covered Patsy Cline and talked about the last memories she had of her between each song. I wore that record out. To this day, I can do a perfect Loretta Lynn impression...and that's the only one I can do!

  • I almost do care how old people are. I haven't heard true country on the radio since i was around these kids ages, That was about 30 years ago. IfI want to hear Aerosmith with a twang, I'll buy their "country" album

  • I'll always love Patsy! You can never get enough of her voice. Its terrible we lost her, like we did.

  • Always makes me cry...

  • Passion missing

  • My mother introduced me to Patsy in the early 60s I still love this voice

  • My motehr introduced me to Patsy in the early 60s I still love this voice

  • Patsy IS one of the greats...BUT she's not the voice that ALL others are measured by...Aretha, Ella..SARAH VAUGHN, Brenda Lee, Barbara Streisand, Whitney Houston, I'd even throw Doris Day in the mix (pretty underrated ).I mean a great singer is a great singer no matter the genre they sing...Janet Jackson and Lady Gaga are NOT great singers--they're good stylists at best. I adore and admire REAL singing and Patsy is one of the greats IMO

  • @racourdav Actually... Gaga is an extraordinary talent if you look past her weird factor.

  • @avoidingacedia

Lol you keep thinking someone that rips off other artists is an extraordinary talent.

  • @racourdav Whitney Houston sucks. She runied Dolly Parton's song. when I hear it. I want to pull my hair out.

  • The most beautiful voice I have ever heard

  • @rehejduk yes I agree

  • I played this at my dads' funeral....beautiful song!

  • @jackdrwpc I luv this song :D

  • I promised my son that I would sing this at his wedding reception. I warned him that I would be crying and most likely be inebriated.

  • @dchego This is not an appropriate song for a wedding especially from the mother of the groom, it is sad love song. Sing something else.

  • Patsy is hte voice that others are measured by. More recents are joan biaz, karen carpenter and Ann Murray. Going back Vera Lynn and maybe a couple others. Brenda Lee was solidly in the next tier, Mary of PPM was nearly in the next tier - and she sounded great. I can sing as good as Janice Jackson and Lady Gaga and i don't profess to be a singer. With the equipment for sound they had she is impressive.

  • @ralphebrandt Top tier IMHO-Patsy Cline, Emmylou Harris, k.d. Lang, Neko Case. They do without autotune!

  • One of the saddest songs ever!

  • The flipside of perfect.

  • BEAUTIFUL VOICE!

    PERFECT SONG!

    LOVE THIS!

  • @cynthia6637 i couldnt have said it better myself. class is forever

  • This woman can sing!

  • THIS SONGS REMINDS ME OF MY EXBOYFRIEND HE HAS A NEW GIRLFRIEND I HAVE MEMORIES OF NHIM TOO SHE HAS HIM NOW MISS HIM HE WILL ALWAYS HAVE A PART OF MY HEART

  • heard this for the first time in many years. growing up with a father a huge country music fan and loved patsy Cline Tammy winete ect . brought back memories of a beautiful song but a pretty abusive childhood but awesome song so had to listen again :-) thank you up-loader for a stunning song that will stand the testimony of time :-)

  • There is a drama series in Greece called Red Circle that has very very sad stories usually containig murders, cheating, abuse etc. that used this amazing song and it really fitted in so well...

  • PATSY WAS AHEAD OF HER TIME. WHAT A BEAUTIFUL VOICE AND A BEAUTIFUL PERSON! SHE IS STILL MY FAVORITE.

  • There will never be another Patsy Cline and I still love her music

  • she so makes me think of my father who is no longer with us.. rest in peace Patsy and Dad George.

  • ouch ... Patsy sings so well it hurts.

  • Now this one's a real heartbreaker. The lyrics say it all..."I've got these little things, she's got you". Wherever in the world you are Lily...you don't know how lucky u r ~

  • We miss you Patty... God Bless You..... Paul

  • one of my mothers favorite songs, and one of mine too. this song is hypnotic to me, i can play it over and over and sounds better played on record.

  • To my cool mum who raised me on country and western .and Ray Charles . .xxx

  • A undefeated voice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • My gawd! Please, listen to the story of this 88 year old? I was on U.S70, just west of Knoxville and I decided to stop at this bar just off the highway. I had recently seperated from my wife Lorene and I was devastated! I stopped in the Bar(name withheld because the place still exsits). Patsy was playing and this young lady named Irene came up to the bar. My palms were sweating. I asked her if she wanted a drink. We went to a far corner booth and I wept like a baby in her arms.

  • She sings so great!!!!!!!!!!! :-) R.i.P

  • remember when countryNwestern had soul? contemporary c&w sounds like mediocre rock w/ a fiddle thrown in.

  • I feel like I was born in the wrong era.

  • I am Puerto rican and love old time country music:) they dont make music like this anymore and i sure wish they did.. im 27 yrs old and love old time country... patsy and loretta r my fave:)

  • First i thought "damn, she's pretty hot", then i thought "sweet voice", then i thought "real sad song" and finally i thought "where's the bastard who did this to you"? If one person can give you all these feelings with a song in a space of time of 3 minutes, then here you go, a simple definition of true and great artist.

  • I grew up on Patsy! Born in 89 n i honestly feel like her music connects me to my past my gramma loved it, her daugher loved it, n her daughter loved it (me) :)

  • The simllicity & mellow smoothness of her voice is a pure joy on the ears.

An angel amoung us mortals. Love ya Patsy!

  • OK I am aware that this will start hate mail coming my way. So be it. Just my opinion folks. So easy to call so many The Queen of Country Music to the point that it means nothing. Ms Cline had so many hits other than "Crazy" . Soulful voice, great songs and a great emotional delivery. Related to the people. Ms Tammy Wynette had that quality as well. No offense people but please, Taylor Swift????? Even labeled country music is a stretch.

  • @starr522 Love it!

  • before my time but this is still timeless. One love

  • Patsy has the most perfect country voice to grace our ears!

  • my deepest respect and admiration for this most perfect singer, she touches my soul bigtime..

  • Thanks so much for posting this wonderful classic country music sang by a great singer,a bottle of wine and patsy cline!!!

  • No one says "Broken Heart" like Patsy Cline..She has one of those distinctive voices that, as soon as you hear it, you know who it is..Marvelous. Thanks for posting Envoirment

  • Please, oh Please come back Patsy !! We need you and your music !!!

  • My boyfriend, Eddie, in '64 gave me this album, then broke up with me, I cried myself every night, the little thing he left me was a son, Lord I think of him still when I see my son, now in his 40's.

  • @OkieDokie306 i m sorry...but i hope you are doing well after all those many years.bless.....

  • @OkieDokie306 awwww She's perfectly perfect....Her voice makes me cry even without a memory.....Dear God..I wish she didn't die so young :O(((

  • @OkieDokie306 Viet-Nam did things to a lot of us Patsy played there , you need to be thankful he didn't give you Arethas album with " dont play that song " by Aretha Franklin

  • @OkieDokie306

Did he ever know he had a son from you?

    -H-

  • @OkieDokie306 I have to ask...do you ever get to see the dad anymore? I was a Sr. in high school in 64, and love was so hurtful at that age....I hope you are happy now...you deserve it.....suzi :)

  • @OkieDokie306 ....did you ever see him again?

  • @OkieDokie306 Okie Dokie I hear ya... they sure seem to only think through their pants sometimes... hey you got something special... your boy... cry it out girl that is the one way to heal. I like Patsy Cline. It's unfortunate that way somethings sometimes go. Best of luck.

  • @OkieDokie306 Loved your statement. In the same boat, except it was exhusband and he left me with two boys 10 and 2. Thanks God I have those beautiful boys of MINE ! That was 31 years ago.

  • @OkieDokie306 So sorry...love can be so painful.

  • @OkieDokie306 - I hear ya, I have old memories from 1987.

  • @OkieDokie306 He is the loser if he did this. Trust me on this. He lost big time by not seeing his son grow up. You were the winner, hands down, difficult though it doubtless though it was at the time. May the Lord keep you and your son.

  • @OkieDokie306 I can relate to your comment, my boyfriend's name was Johnny and when he left me back in '69 I cried myself to sleep too. Like the song says the only thing different, the only thing new, I've got his picture, someone else has him......How blessed you are to have Eddie's son.

  • classic !!

  • my all time favorite patsy cline song.

  • You got me Patsy !

  • i just love all the greats patsys time ended to soon on this earth and it is just sadens me that all the legends of country are leaving us but there music will live on forever

  • Absolutely my favorite Patsy Cline song. Every time I hear her voice, it gives me chills, such a beautiful voice!

  • How many people own this on LP ( almost worn out probably ) , cassette and CD ?

Patsy was my mother's favorite and I grew up listening to her every day - knew every word to every song, every inflection and pause - fond memories .

  • I love Patsy Cline :) For me, no other Female Country Singer was more amazing!

  • I didn't even know who patsy was at the age of 30 I saw a movie about her learned all her top tunes and started singing them everyone goes crazy when I do so.. I love her and am saddened of her end

  • @shanesgrl828 nobody ever sang like patsy

  • I am not a huge fan of country music, but Patsy Cline is out of this world. She is by far the best female country singer of all time. No one even come close to these emotions and vulnerability.

  • Oh, I loved this song so much; she had a great voice. Her 45s were played a lot; we all liked Patsy Cline from my mom down through us "kids." I would sit and listen to her over and over hitting that repeat mechanism! Thank you so much for this post.

  • Wow Patsy I wish you were still singing!
