it will probably be late game after u get all those items, but ur ulti can't really kill ur opponents coz cm farms a lot slower than other heroes (slow attack speed, low dmg, hard to neutral, only 1 skill that can hit multiple enemies but she has to add her aura and disable skill as well, and she has to ward and gank) so your opponents would be more buff than she is

@Icecrown91 dont rely on ulti much with rylai she is support make sure you get guinsoo , ice block, aura and 1 lvl of nova for start without regen for game domination later get lvl 4 of nova when you have 2k hp.
