about your question,both 407&409 are the latest edition.they were released at the same time.the difference between 407and 409 is of its quality.

I'm not sure if it's possible to get the original soundtrack and the sheet music outside Japan.why don't you ask Yamaha shop in your country.I use USB to get the soundtracks.
