Dell dont give a hoot about after sales service.

You have to talk to someone in Asia who struggles with the english langauge and they dont give a hoot about fixing your product.

I have a computer bought about a tr ago which had vista home prem 32 bit.

When I purchased Windows 7 upgrade I could only load the 32 bit version.

BUT DELL dont have the drivers for 32 bit Windows & and made no suggestion as to how I could get my computer working other than buying the 64 bit software.

OMG... this device just makes android look like an idiotic choice with dell's stupid UI... I own a rooted EVO running CM6, and came from a 2 year old rooted G1 running Froyo.... AOSP Android FTW!

Linda, why did your team decide to use an outdated version of Android? Also, why chose Android when you completely change it's appearance and almost indistinguishable? This phone will most like never receive future updates due to the horrible custom skins and apathy most phone manufactures have toward the idea of providing timely upgrades for their customers. Those advanced features mentioned in camera and image editing are STANDARD in android... i love the look sand all but it's a fail presentation and fail phone...

Dumb Marketing and sales video. Dell Fail !!! The sales pitch is so weak, and the woman is sooo clumpsy with the photo. She sucks at presentation. This video has a feel of a home made spoof video by some youtubers. Fail...fail...fail.

not a fanboy but it kinda looks like an upside down iphone: you swipe a bar at the top of the screen to unlock instead of the bottom, and the menu is just like it by swiping to the right to get to other apps, and the dock is on the top insytead of the bottom.

@omglilyy the only bad thing bout this phone is the texting keyboard very small and hard to type with and its only 1.5v DON'T GET IT. Cause I'm debating on the X10 or the Captivate or wait till SONY announce their PlayStation phone.

Cool phone. (Coming from an Apple fanboy.) Dell seems to be making the best Android devices right now. I haven't used one, but in the online videos, they seem the most intuitive.
