Because he alone takes 10 ten times the space a person "not having a blast" does. If everyone started doing that, there would be no space at all, you couldn't walk and you couldn't "quietly" enjoy the show, as some people like to do; and guess what, they are the majority. Instead he chooses to have no respect whatsoever for the others and takes advantage of the fact that most of us don't want to start a quarrel when we're supposed to have fun. If he can't behave, then he should not be allowed.
