  • Sweet video man thx for the tips :)

  • I just got a paracord bracelet I my local army and navy store.its really cool.

  • Start 2:07

  • Start at 2:07

  • i made a few but used a D-shackle. im making one now for my watch band but i'm curious to find out if the shackel can support any weight...I may have a few broken bones next time i chime on :)

  • i made mine took me 1 hour if u go on etsy.com they have kits

  • what size buckle did u use?

  • I just got a new Rem 870 and I have been looking for a good sling. I think I will make one of these but at sling length and figure out the fasteners. Thanks.

  • @sierranovember6

Did you ever make the sling? I figured out if you use the swivel rings for a standard sling set. It makes a perfect fit for a sling. Although it is a bit harder on the shoulder.

  • @slyder2k6 I did. I used the standard Uncle Mikes sling things but I used a cow hitch on on the paracord end to make it easy to remove (slide the cobra weave down). The other end of the paracord goes to a 1" military fastex which goes to adjustable webbing and then to another fastex buckle. The sling is sturdy, adjustable, and can the ends can be replaced as needed. Unfortunately, I gave my prototype to a friend for his birthday... so no picture. Try it and see if you like it.

  • Nice!

  • great and easy video! found some random buckles from REI for a dollar. took about an hour and half fit right. NOTE give yourself a little bit of slack when measuring the bracelet for your wrist; tightening each weave will make the bracelet smaller...

  • its called a kitty clip made by national molds and dura flex they are very rare to find in stores you have to get them online but if you live in utah smith and edwards in willard has them

  • great video

  • I'm glad I found this, this is a great tutorial!!

  • where do you get the cord at?

  • Thanks for the info. Running the cord through the buckle twice really adds to the appearance.of the the bracelet. I have made several, but I knew something was missing. The final touch" as they say.

    Thanks.

  • man, that was very nice. I finaly found a helpful video where you don't have to cut your line. thank you. by the way do you konw how to do a watch band?

  • how do u do two colors? peas respond if u can.

  • What size buckle did you use for your original bracelet? I'm very interested in making one or two, possibly more... I also can't seem to find a contoured metal buckle; any site suggestions?

  • How do you finish it and how do you cut it thanks

  • Quick question why does you bracelet look bigger I made my bracelet and it looks smaller compared to your bracelet. Please reply.

  • @13eastAgent13EE Um Don't hold me to it but I have read you can purchase it at Lowes but is just called Poly Cord.

  • Just amazing tutorial explaining how to make these bracelets. Thank you so much for taking the time showing how to make these, I've been wanting to make my own for a very long time but never knew how. Only problem I have now is where can I purchase the 550 Paracord. But again thank you so much!!!!!!

  • Is there any place that sells paracord besides the Internet??

  • @13eastAgent13EE Check online for surplus stores in your area. I have to drive about an hour but they have an amazing selection of stuff. The store I go to sells paracord for 8 cents per foot. Good luck. :-)

  • Might be a stupid question but can the bracelet stretch? Please reply thank you

  • @Godswarrior101 Very little. Not significant, but it can a little.

  • are there any retail stores that sell paracord in san diego? all i can find are online stores but i wanted to just go pick it up myself instead of waiting for it to be shipped to my home

  • How long the rope used in the video? thx!!

  • Thank you. Great instructional video!

  • if our paracord isn't long enouf

  • The best video explaining how to do it! Thanks now I can't wait to make my own and for my family! Thanks please show to make different ones!

  • I made a couple of them with anchor shackles as a "buckle". Works great.

  • it would be nice if you said somthing about god damn sizing.

  • @dreamofher665 He did. You missed it.

  • @jonnyfilmboy ok somthing more lol

    "pease"

  • U need to slow down when you start weaving cuz i cant see shit not only r ur fingers in the way but u r going too fast

  • Is utility cord Paracord and is it 3mm?

  • I did this but i doubled over the solomon bar so that i would have more length

  • that awesome i just wish it was a color like pink lol

  • @SuperMineminemine you can order pink para cord on ebay and many stores offer it.

  • thanks ITStactical IT ternd out prity nice thanks your videos r so cool i lernd alot make more vid pleaste thanks again have a good day

  • Great vid but doesn't tell you how to finish it. You don't leave them loose you push them back under and cut them off.

  • Thanks, man! Just made my first and only had one mistake. I'm leaving it in. That way I know it's mine! Only took about ten minutes after I got the pattern down.

  • i would like to make one as a gift for each of the guys on my husband's crew (he's a police lt), but i don't want to ask them their wrist sizes . . . is it important to have an exact measurement? if not, what length would you recommend? (none of them are "skinny" and none are fat...)

  • looks good,

i'm going to try it out

  • can you tell me which size buckle you used for this? The 'curved' buckles on the site I'm on come in either 3/4" with a 1/2" opening or 7/8" with a 5/8" opening. Which size would you recommend? It's just a little bit tough to determine from watching and I'd like to get the right size the first time. Thanks for making this btw. I just learned how to make knife lanyards with the same knots and a couple others. Paracord is fun.

  • @jeffersontool What site? I'm looking for some of those curved buckles as well...

  • cool

  • how big of a buckle (i think thats how oyu spell it) are you useing?

  • Where do u get paracord? and how much is it???

  • Comment removed

  • Great demonstration Brian. I need to get those fasteners.

  • Great Video.......

  • Where do you get the buckles?

  • @Blakehx eBay: White Moose Trading Company

  • Nice work, sir. By far the most helpful video for creating quality paracord survival bracelets. So good, in fact, I am selling some rather unique versions at zombiecuffs [dot] com. I hope they are worthy of your guidance and bad-assery.

  • great videos man!

  • I made my first just now. :) Took me like 1.30 hour.. Gotta get a good thing to hold it together

  • @tjalolx Use a lanyard knot... We have a video for that.

  • Great tutorial thanks

  • can you only use one color in the buckle one?

  • how much paracord did u use. please get back at me

  • @DjSkyfaze around 10'

  • thank u soooo much ive been trying to find a good video that takes me through each step and yours was the most comprehensive one which broke it down it down at a reasonable level

  • 100 ft of paracord, $5 on amazon, one of these on amazon 12.95-20 dollars

  • Just thought I'd let you know ITW Nexus does make contoured buckles in three different sizes 5/8" part #:128-1160, 3/4" part #:128-1200, and 1" part #: 128-1250. hope this helps. Thanks for the lessons on tying knots

  • Ignore my name i made this a long time ago and it is not spelled correctly

i made one of these with regular nylon string and a really small buckle but i didn't make it for survival or anything i made because i wanted to... nice vid mine turned out great

  • where did the shirt come from

  • @KSpenceV pimpsandmercs there an australian t shirt company made my some psds google them or facebook them they have awesome stuff

  • @xxzhitzxx

    THANKS

  • @xxzhitzxx

    thanks

  • hah thats funny, i just made one right before this video came out, still great reference for next time. Great video

    -Matt

  • the curved buckles from national molding he he was talking about are called weinerlock buckles. i get the 5/8" size from ebay, you can buy a bag of 50 for like 8 bucks from some sellers

  • I used one length of paracord with a monkey fist and cobra stitch. Its not two pieces, admittedly is faux monkey fist, semi 2 bright double monkey fist, as a 3 bright would make a double monkey fist way too big. And it still one length of paracord.

  • ive got one thats od green....only thing is the close is a loop that goes over a button. But ima kinda interested in making one of these with a buckle. Thanks for the video.

  • It's smarter to do this with wet paracord, because if you make the bracelet and then get it wet, it shrinks a LOT!

  • This is really funny. When I watched the previous video where you did this "knot" I thought to myself.... That would make a cool bracelet. So I made one just for kicks and my sons really liked it. I ended up making one for myslef,my 7 and 3 year old and now we are all part of the family "man club". lol

  • @bshupejr Respect.

I see paracord bracelets as a sign of "survivalist" community (:

  • the thing with this is it began in the marine corps and is given as a gift to those who have proven themself in the battlefield. i personally don't have anything against you posting a video about this, i know there are other videos. i love your videos but just figured i'd give you some backround about this. also can you do a video sometime about what a good/cheap tactical backpack would be to have? thank you

  • Cool
