  • there not their [grammatical error ... ]

  • Ahhhhh .... thank you so much for posting this. This is awesome! Gorgeous, so much energy. Love it!!! So far removed from the caricatures they became. If only lay music fan's could see these kind of clips, they would soon realise that their was a lot more to KISS, "back in the day!" x

  • HA! LOOK AT GENES FACE AT 1:42

  • Long live the anal sex... HAHAHAHAHAHAHHA

  • @Mssmaimone what

  • @onceonlyaz Nothing To Lose is an imminent reference to anal sex, "I tought about the back door, I didn't know how to say"

  • @Mssmaimone lol ik i just figured that out after

  • @Mssmaimone i discovered that like a secind afer i posted that

  • And Gene at 1:41? Shut up, Peter is great.

  • como eu queria ter vivido essa época, mas vivo nessa geração de FDPs !!!=(

  • Great solo in the middle by Ace! He added a cool touch with the staccato of descending riffs!

  • Shake it one time for who?

  • Peter fuckin up the drum part big time...drugs...

  • @jeishein Pete wasn't ever doing drugs. At least not at this time. His addiction was Alcohol. Not drugs. Actually Pete was sober on this tour.

  • @jeishein Peter always fucked up the drums no matter what. He didn't have the mentality to remember how to play the song the same time and time agian. He knew certian parts, but that's it, the rest was him going off filling time. Sure, drugs played a part, but even if he were clean, he'd still mess up and play it differently. This is why the majority of the drum tracks on KISS albums are always played by a ghost drummer who could do it the same way each take.

  • @ableedingcorpse so what hes still really good

  • I wish that nick simmons keeps the spirit of KISS alive after gene retires it would be really awsome if nick is able to to make KISS popular with the young people...

  • That was untouchable man...Pete was havin' a great time, and was really at the top of his game there. Thanks for the upload!

  • A great song about anal sex....doesn't get any more rock and roll than that....LOL

  • one of the greatest song in rock history

  • i can hear aces voice in the background

  • ABSOLUTELY THE ROCK N ROLL STANDARD HERE.

all four engaged and absolutely delivering the goods,,fast and sweaty.

    jctoronto

  • This is one of Kiss' best and I mean BEST songs ever. Why are they plying so fast here?

  • @TheBestYears1996 They always sang faster live.

  • Peter in the middle of the song says, "shake it one time for Fritz." Think he's refering to Fritz The Cat... I think so!!!!

  • It's sort of sad as many great shows as were done there that Cobo Hall is now or soon will be gone.

  • I think Gene said it best. "The Rock and Roll Hall of fame can Kiss his Ass".

  • This is rock n roll! No bullshit!

  • KISS!!!!!!!

  • They are in their prime here, just before Peter and Ace started to cause problems and the original line up ended.

  • I think paul caused problems by writing a disco song and losing half of the kiss army in 1979..it wasnt all ace and peter

  • This performance is awesome. Kiss at their very best. The energy is electric. Thanks for the post.

  • totally RAW n superb !!

  • KISS forever - this is my fave with Strutter x

  • i keep coming back to this vid!! - wow

  • Go petee!! you are one Hip Top Cat ! Still waiting for that swing cd ! When ever I am having a bad drumming day,and feel like I don't want to play,I just watch stuff like this, and it makes me feel better ,and want to play ,and have fun !! wich is why I do it in the first place... Thanks Man .

  • he was the man! the driving rhythmic force. other drummers came after, who could 'out-play' him TECHNICALLY, but none of that matters. his was an energy and free spirit that was never equaled. GO CAT-MAN!

  • What the hell was it about the 70's? Meaning, why is this so fucking RAD and now...well...you see what I'm saying. Still lots of killer music going on... but these dudes were HUGE. I gotta say most "rock"

that's as popular as this was then now ..... wuss-city in comparison.

  • I know it's not the original lineup but.... I'M GOIN' TO SEE 'EM IN JULYYYYYYY!!!!!!

  • what a great song n great vid!!!

  • Nothing will ever match or even come close to Kiss in the 70's.

  • you are so right !!

  • Regardless of what anyone says, before Peter Criss left the band [or kicked out] they were at there best. Onstage they were and still are the best, but they were magic in the 70's and early 80's!

  • yea fuck off

  • great song about analsex

  • Fuck off asshole!

  • this is kiss !!

  • This was the very first concert I ever saw, the first of close to a thousand, and this will always be my favorite. Thank you for posting this! Any more from this concert?

  • whose better singing this eric or gene?

  • There was no eric in 1977.

  • I know but which version is better? old gene's or recent eric's. I fucking know the Kisstory

  • peter is

  • deffinetley gene because when gene first started in 1973/4 he nailed nothin to lose and when does does it just isn't the same but that is just my opinion

  • I would say Bruce's version is easily the best.

  • Who cares?

  • there would be no kiss without ace and peter because there what got kiss of to a good start. so did paul ad gene

  • love Peter's backup on this track....Sing it one more time for the Catman!
