Beautiful quality, but very shaky and blurry.

Seems like the aperture-value is very low and it doesn't get a lot in focus?

Not sure how it works with an SLR in video-mode, but yeah...

Yeah, that too.

But I mean, it just seems like it would shake easily.

Probably due to the size and weight, and the fact that the Image Stabilizer wouldn't be exactly meant for video (I think).

@dechobek You can set it in the menu to auto focus via pressing the shutter half-way through while shooting a video. But the motor on the 1100D is pretty loud so if you want to use the sound on the video that's not really an option. Only if you're not using the sound you should use the auto focus. That being said The 1100D has a REALLY QUICK auto focus which I found very surprising. :)

@dechobek actually if you press menu when in video mode you can make it autofocus during recording. But it's noisy when you focus
