@pinoybro09 Unless there has been some change, you need 33 Quest Points to get in. To make it simple, if you can do the quest "Dragon Slayer", you can get into the guild.
I think theres a new quest for runescape no members and that might boost the number of quest points needed for entry, I'm not sure though because I dont play rs any more and I got that off a friend.
