You can't really "make" a band. Bands form when friends with similar likes in music play together. If you dont have any friends with musical talent 1) branch out. Meet new people! 2) Try and get your friends to take lessons or teach themselves whatever instrument.

The only way to have a successful band is for everyone to want the band to fuction and perform 110%. Motivation is critical!

it`s not so easy to find band members.... they must be talented, friendly, reliable and also at least cute... the annoying thing about making a band (in my opinion) is that there are always good bands around you, they could be formed by your own classmates, but you: 1. never talk to those classmates 2. you don't like the genre they're singing 3. you like the genre and the classmates, but you don't have enough courage to talk to them, or 4. you talk to them and they reject you :)):))

the trick to finding musicians is geting yourself out there. pretty much every place iv lived i have found guys to jam with. nothing serious just shity musicians that have nothing better to do on a sat. night. these are the guys that know people. after a while you will have someone good come to your jam section :) it has happened for me more then once!

I assume by screamo you mean deathcore, in which case you should look into finding someone in a neighboring city because AZ is crawling with deathcore bands and fans. Other than that all I can say is just wait until you're older man. Generally people, especially musicians don't put a lot of stock in people younger than them. It sucks but sometimes it's true.
