do you think it's worth getting a double neck if i dont intend on using both at the same time but instead just want both? also, is it possible to turn off the volume for one bass (ie if ur trying to play just the fretless and don't want ur arm to make sound on the upper bass)
It depends, it would be easier if you´ve to switch basses when playing live. But it´s kinda heavyweight and not so comfortable to handle. It is also possible to turn of the volume for one bass.
@Bassbucket I'm not pretending I am good at skating, but at least, I think I can distinguish good music from bad music. I'm not even pretending I can play the bass better than you, but THIS is SHIT...
Galveston made in Korea. Used to be able to get them on Ebay. Ran about $500. Great workmanship on the body - the cheapness was in the bad active pickups.
They put them out with differant brand names as well. The bat inlays is what gives it away. There is one for sale on craigs list now. Do a Google search for Galveston double neck bass and you will find it. I owned two of them at one point. I swapped out the pickups with Bartolini's and it sounded great.
what company makes this bass?
