  • Eva Green is the best Bond girl! She should be back with Bond on the next Bond film.

  • Personally i thought Diana Rigg's "Tracy" from OHMSS was the best Bond girl...having Bond fall in love with Vesper touched on the storyline of OHMSS except in that movie he actually married her (very briefly) also i thought that guy with the eye patch was kind of nod to Blofield another touch from OHMSS

  • @vardiss22 Well, Bond in the book Casino Royale did fall in love with Vesper Lynd (though it's less romantic to modern standards than the movie), and was going to ask her to marry him and retire from MI6. So the movie is only following the book in that regard. In the book series, CR comes before OHMSS.

But I agree Diana Rigg as Tracy was a great Bond girl. :-)

Vesper and Tracy were the only ones Bond really loved.

  • anyone noticed this isnt venice?

  • the boat in this scene was made by my teacher

  • 1:18 who the fuck is him?

  • elektra king is the best bond girl

  • aside from this wonderfully shot scene, i cant help but to notice the background music is beautifully with a subtle touch of sadness. it's the perfect mirror for the relation between vesper and james

  • just watched this vid for the last bit from approx 1:30 , when Bond is steering the boat, looking SO HOT.

  • Omg he has the same laptop as me! *is on her vaio right now*

  • Hey, enjoy the films? Read the books!! 50pebooks.xp3(dot)biz /BOND.html

  • i have seen the house that sunk in real life!!

  • different from the ending in the book and more in the spirit of "OHMSS" (i think)

  • Eva Green was good but come on! She was farrrrr from best Bond girls Ursula Undress, Jane Seymour, Famke Janssen, Olga Kurylenko, Maud Adams...

  • @irina1296 i agree would also add Sophie Marceau and Carole Bouqeut to that list.

  • love eva green, hate the sony ads

  • Bond can kick the living daylights out of Bourne!!!

  • true say!

  • Smiles next year baby just you and me and one week in Italy. I promise you the world...smiles.

  • You know if it was any other Bond I would agree, but given this is the best Bond ever to take up the 007 Status...I highly doubted it.

  • lol! i was just admiring them myself. but no, i don't know. probably something super expensive.

  • this should have been the end

  • It's an unusual ending, but it's true to the book.

They go off on holiday together - and then she commits suicide because she betrayed Bond. [they changed that into something more dramatic in the film]

  • ya i know i watched the movie.

  • Seriously!?

There's nothing more dramatic than that origina lending. Man, they should have kept it.

It makes so much more sense that way, when you remmeber how the older, classic James Bond is with women.

  • @jazzx251 don't ruin the book for me... I'm going to be reading it soon. I just finished You Only Live Twice and now I'm two chapters into the spy who loved me. I've seen this entire movie, but I wanted to see just how much the movie was altered from the book.

  • @zeroswings2 I read the books before I saw any of the films (that dates me) and I had my own impression of Bond which most of the actors potraying him have never quite matched apart from early Connery. I think you will enjoy the books much more than the films, because the Bond you read about will become personal to you.

  • @mart77scole IDK why, but I tend to think of Sean Connery when reading Ian Flemings Bond books, but when reading the John Gardner ones, I think of Daniel Craig. I think I've read them all now to be honest. It's all good stuff, but I think I'm more partial to the John Gardner Bond...

  • @zeroswings2 I do know what you mean, tbh I like Daniel Craig as an actor (Layer Cake and Defiance especially)) there is something of the icy killer in his gaze. I know that it's all down to personal preference in the end, but I must admit to liking his portrayal. I would like to see the movies a wee bit longer, I always feel I've got the condensed version of the book.

  • @mart77scole I agree to an extent. Casino Royale was a long movie, but it fleshed out parts of the book that weren't developed. All the content that lead up to the gambling at Royale-Le-Aux set the pace and the book doesn't go into detail on that part. If more of that kind of thing can be done with the other movies, then I'm all for longer films.

  • Heaven with the right woman...smiles.

  • Daniel Craig truly IS the best James Bond Ever!

And it truly is sad that Vesper lynd died, 'cause i'm a mayor fan of Eva Green as well as Daniel Craig (The golden compass mostly)

  • I didn't know human could be so beautiful. The smile and those eyes.

  • i wish i could put annotions on dat

  • fail, she was the best bond girl by far

  • I found it really sad when she was killed.

  • Oh I like Spirit sailboats so much, they are beautifull!!!!

  • Some Bond fan you are

  • Eva Green is the best James Bond girl ever, those eyes...!!!

  • I agree!and daniel craig is the sexyest james bond!wow!!!!

  • beautiful omg why she should die??she was the best bond girl
