=) yeah i'd have to agree with that observation, this was one of my earlier creations. Now i am drawing out proper storyboards to work out how many frames a movement should last for. when i began i was so impatient that i skipped the planning stage and just went for it in the hope that it would work =D

How did you do the eyes?

To make the character blink you take a photo showing the eyes. The following photo will have the eyes covered by the eye lids. Repeat these two images a few times and it gives the effect of blinking =)
