Im a little confused by your wording, infamous means its famous for bad reasons, while the movie is one of the staples of a true transformer fan, although i like the use here.
it is true, there were critics out there that bashed the animated movie for having almost no human elements (like who cares since it's ALL ABOUT TRANSFORMERS) and of course the death of Prime which made the movie INFAMOUS by making LOTS of children cry and their parents complaining to the staff also the crazy fans that wanted to murder the producers, personally I like it more compared to the Micheal Bay films
the whole premise of the song is wanting a big change and fighting for it in life and I felt it fitted Utena who always declared "To Revolutionize the World"

For about the first minute I was thinking "Why would you mix this song with the Utena movie?"
And then: "Oh right, because UTENA TURNS INTO A CAR. Duh!"
