Have someone die in your family and wait for the grim to come... then type 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true' < like that!

then.. right click on a sim... press spawn.. then tombstone of L & D and then click on the tomb.. and somewhere on there it will have the option to 'add someone to family'

or something like that.

and then on that list the grim reaper should be on it :)

It's a costume. U can get it by typing in "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" without the quotes into the cheat box, then go into create a family and press shift+n. shift+m takes it out of debug mode.
