  • They should have shot that fucking wetback motherfucking grease ball bitch

  • The law is defending those corporations....

  • corporations can't "own" anything, they can only hold it

  • so some of you think you just have a right to go into a empty house and move it.

YOU ARE TRESSPASING. THE HOUSE DOESN'T BELONG TO YOU.

  • Torres didn't know she had to file paperwork like the guy in Texas who is getting the house for $16.

  • @FatPigCypris yup, she DID IT WRONG...

  • @ahmonrah40 who does it belong to? the Government? Realtors? WRONG! Its ours, the PEOPLE. If you are a sucker who pays all these fakes fees, and pay morgages for a house you will NEVER own, you are a dumbass. You have a deed? LMAO, Tthe bank will take your shit! She was smarter than you think.. At this point, smarter than you..

  • It's funny ... Because when the Whites came to America , They just brutally took this land from the Indians. But no one wants to talk about that.... So since they can remove that Latino family from of a home they didn't buy.... It's only right that the Whites should remove themselves from a land that they didn't buy ... And I'm not being racist about this... I'm just being real about this...

  • the sheriff cant kick people out. Its a civil matter

  • @sickasso72 if she changed the locks, she broke in, and therefore was trespassing. that makes it a criminal matter

  • @sickasso72

Yeah...she shouldn't have left and acted like it was HER land. That's what Avidavit of adverse possession is all about. She needed to prove a few miniscule things:

open use, continuous use ( x years), exclusive use (keep others out), adverse use (no permission) and notorious use (known to others)

With 7 kids, she would have even had an edge too. Sad that she left...

  • Frickin' deadbeat. Too bad she wasn't arrested.

  • @lobo81865

She can't be...it's a civil matter. If she was she could have sued the sheriff.

There's a law in place for people who can't keep track of their properties...and "forget about it", others move in which counts as "helping the community", and so they're entitled to that property.

  • @midnull

Helping the community my ass. She is a criminal. Plain and simple.

  • @lobo81865

How is she a criminal? Everybody has a right to a home! Even if that home used to belong to somebody else, if that person doesn't care for it...why let it decay and not let somebody else live w/in it?

  • @midnull

That kind of attitude is why we had a housing crisis in the first place. NOT everybody has a right to a home. People who can't afford one shouldn't have one. Too many people in this country have an inflated sense of entitlement as if they are owed what others have even when they didn't work to obtain it.

  • @lobo81865

No the reason why we GOT into a housing crisis is cuz the BANKS made it possible for everybody to get a loan. With a BS lending equation. They expected people to foreclose so that they can reposes the house and sell it for a lot more. That's how the housing bubble inflated...houses that are supposed to be worth 100k were bumped up to 500k! The banks wouldn't even listen to people that tried to pay the mortgage at 100k...they just kicked them out. You missed one month, you're out.

  • @midnull

Oh that's right. Blame everything on the banks. Waahhh. I can't pay my mortgage because the mean old bank gave me a loan I KNEW I couldn't afford. I have no love for banks, but this failure to accept responsibility for one's actions makes me sick. Get your head out of the sand, bleeding heart liberal. I'm done here.

  • @lobo81865

...did you not read the last msg? People were getting loans that made it "look" like they could have afforded them.

In fact, there were some people that sued BoA because they put their house up for foreclosure when the house was pain in full with cash.

Fact, after people got their loans, the banks shot up their interest rates...w/in a year a person who was paying 800 a month was now expected to pay 1500 a month.

Please go educate yourself. I don't like ignorant people.

  • @midnull

You are such an idiotic bleeding heart liberal that you make me sick to my stomach. Now go away little man.

  • Didn't work to obtain? More then 1/2 of those homes weren't obtained by hard work either. Most are just sitting on a lot. And let me tell you something else. If you're not a majority, then you are screwed as far as having a decent home in this country. Nothing in this country is ever earned by hard work, it's all about networking and being in with the popular clique.

  • as quoted by this account this is not what adverse possession means. who cares who it used to belong to , this has no bearing on the situation. adverse possession is a very old legal term going back to antiquities.

  • Donna Jacobs is fuked those puerto ricans don't play, and there like elephants they never forget.

  • Are you serious? There are over 30,000 foreclosures in Boca Raton, FL. and many of them are selling for under $30K with $1K into escrow the mortgage payments are often under $250.00 monthly. Why are these people doing it the hard way? Contact:

canwebuyahouse@yeswecan.com & learn the easy legal way!

  • because no can qualify as the banks have stolen all our money messed up our credit scores with forced products with aig unable to discontinue then they keep stealing till there is nothing left and they close your account

  • I don't think the house was the only place she and her brood are squatting in.....

  • Bentslightly I see you are someone that doesn't mind depending on the governments funds and hardworking Americans paying for your ass, are you one of those that still lives at home in mommys basement?!

  • Adverse possesion, what a joke, people like this looser bitch thinks she can just move into your vacant home, and to think that there's even a topic that supports the concept!!

Fuck this country, i hate it, it has gone to hell, i want out, and you don't need to reply and tell me to just leave then, because if you do, it is because of you our, or my country has gone to hell in a hand bag as they say!

Thank god the new cycle is almost here!

  • @bifflerules like when columbus got lost in my neighborhood and then that is when the first crime against humanity began on turtle island. Give me back my land my language and my culture I know who really belongs here

  • @shaan5262 You a spic too?

  • @bifflerules STUFF you Racist Comment MORON!!!

  • stupid bitch

the laws in florida are ridiculous, i'm actually really suprized she doesn't still live there, squatters have a shit load of rights in florida, unfortunately it's where i live!

  • @bifflerules Any examples? Or are you just ranging.

  • @shaan5262 Hmm, I don't think that thats on the same level. To start with a father has a birthright to his children. When these people just move in they have no right to do that. They didn't build, pay, or in any other way claim ownership in the house in any legal or moral way. Regardless of if you belive in the government or not, you must have some understanding in property rights, and this house had and owner fixing to move in. It wasn't empty or abandoned.

  • @Roushfan5 and???

  • @bifflerules I dont really understand what this comment means.

I like you user name however. Biffle dose in fact rule.

  • actually the cops werent going to do anything until the media was notified but by rights they should have, as the squatters law died in commitee!!! Hell who wouldnt like to live in a $650,000 home that could afford it! the electricity was on being paid by someone else!!! No i dont think so, that takes a lot of BOLD ARROGENCE!!!! And to teach your children to just break in and act like you own it!!! Well maybe while on vacation someone will just break in my home or your home and call it theres

  • @Foil3r Oh please she chose a house that was on the market for $650,000 GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!

  • @shaan5262 Really... May not be legal but she did the right thing? You make no sence!!

  • @oleainatoivo She did the rightfucking thing, what the fuck are you talking about?

I garuantee you voted for obama, go back to your country, you wanna live here, get a fucking job!

Bunch of country ruining mother fuckers!

  • @bifflerules Are you in the REAL world?! I never said she did the right thing you Moron, if you had a Brain you would be dangerous!! my husband and i raised our children and I worked when they were older, i didnt depend on government funds and everyone else in America to support my family, we BOTH worked for what we have!!! So STUFF it you RETARD!!!

  • @bifflerules there are no jobs they have been outsourced wake up and get your head out of yopur ass

  • @shaan5262 You have a point but i dont think you would want rowdy neighbors that like to party that dont pay a mortgage across the street that broke into an unoccupied home, when you being across from them do pay your mortgage.

  • @oleainatoivo And not to mention breaking into a home that was on the market for $650,000

  • Stupid breeder.

  • 7 kids... 7 kids?! All of north america needs to take a clue from china and make some laws about how many kids people can have...

I can sympathize for her having no house, but my sympathy is lost when she just busts into a random house with a litter of kids, All I can think is if she kept her legs closed or had her tubes tied after her 2nd kid maybe she would have money.

i doubt I will have kids myself, especially with this economy with how hard it is to find a decent job that isn't peanuts.

  • @drakewingfire AMEN! She would have stopped having kids, if it were'nt for the extra money our state and government gives these fkn loosers for the number of kids! Obviously there is at least 4 fathers paying for her devious plan, not to mention all of us!

  • @bifflerules would you be happier if she had an abortion try living your own life

  • @Foil3r do you even think she cares about the 7 kids ! ? each one of those kids represents more money on the foodstamp card ! thats why she needs 7 kids for , or atleast thats what alot of Puerto Ricans do ....

  • she is probably Puerto Rican LMAO

  • @rayflava1990 Cough Cough INS should have been called......!

  • Gosh her Floridian neighbours really are dumb! Fair play to the girl! She had nowhere to live. I thought something like that would be considered creative entrepreneurial. I mean talk about a niche in the property market! l Power to the left! People take back your country from the greedy bankers! You out number them 1,000 - 1

  • @jamesyireland Why did she have nowhere to live, was it because someone forced her to ruin her life and waste her money and make bad decisions. People need to stop bitching and start taking some responsibilities in their actions.

  • @777danzig You need to shoot yourself!

Part of the problem democrat biatch!

  • @bifflerules NO you need to shoot yoursself, awe it wouldnt be so bad, your already BRAINDEAD!

  • @777danzig of course she had nowhere to live, you can't get anywhere without effort!!!!!

  • @bifflerules She does not work and collects money from the state for 7 count em 7 children, does that tell you anything? Absolutely RIGHT you dont make it in this world unless you WORK for it!!! I say NO MORE handouts to anyone that has 7 children that they cannot support!!!

  • This isn't a Communist Country, that's private property... owned by the Banks... But, that being said, the Banks were bailed out by the Government, and Government is for and by the people?... Sticky situation...

  • you people are out of your minds. so cellan88 - if someone wants to own two or two hundred homes you don't think they should be able to? let me know where you live so I can come "freely borrow" your private property.

  • All homes should be freely borrowed and when the residents decide to move or pass away someone else should move in. What does an empty house make anyone any good and why should the ceo's own multiple houses when they can only live in one at a time.

  • What happen to President Franklin D Roosevelt's second Bill of Rights? But percentage of ocean front property needs to be time shared.

  • @lostchasm942 The Republicans killed it that's what happen........!

  • Cops, and maybe a whole host of politicians, in Florida should be required to take compassion training. This kind of stuff wouldn't be happening had Charlie Crist kept his eye on the ball, his constituents and the thousands of those constituents who lost their homes by little to no fault of their own.

    Vote for Meek.

  • Some of these politicians own up to 8 houses! 8 houses! They resell them back to the bank when they are low on funds. It's all a scam. These houses WILL sit barren for months, years at a time. She should have crapped in the corner before leaving. But odds are another human being won't live there for years.

  • I LOVE IT!

  • You go girl! LOL!

  • Nice trashy neighbor with a mullet.

  • @BentSlightly Fuck You! The trashy neighbor owned a 300,00 home that he paid the mortgage on, before moving to fla. Far from trashy MORON!!! Oh and yes he STILL pays his mortgage MORON!!!

  • @oleainatoivo Wow a stupider person than the mullet, pops up to make zero point at all. Eat a bag of dicks slag heap.

  • 7 kids?

  • This country is bullshit...no longer America.

  • Hey fellow Michael Moore fans. Let's start a movement to abolish the US Senate! If the republicans are truly for smaller government, they would support it!

  • audiobookindia

  • viva maria!!!!

  • JAJAJAJA they are Okupas!

Something new to US but not elsewhere.

Welcome to the third worlds : )

    Suerte!

  • @shaan5262 I disagree- when someone pays money and works hard for it, and then loses of it no fault of their own and they continue to live their afterwards you can argue the morals of that.

When you just move in on your own accord then its trespassing and thats not OK, especially when the home had a buyer.

  • @Roushfan5 Exactly right!

  • I know there are conservatives out there screaming "Get out! Get out!" This makes me sad.

  • If we allow this to happen, we could end up in a situation like in England where if you leave your house unoccupied to go to work or to the store or whatever, some squatters can come in and claim your home for their own.

  • @Coelacanth1938 - Squatters right do not work like you describe, how misleading

  • the beaner horde should get the f back to mexico

  • Im iffy on this one, yes the house was sitting there collecting dust, but for some random person to just up and sit in on it? that part strikes me as a "wtf?" moment, I mean if she had lived there herself, or say her family did or actually something that related to her it would have made more sense, as it stood now she really had no foundation other than having way to many kids for her motive to just up and pack into a random house.

  • @drakewingfire The house had a buyer getting ready to close on the house. She backed out on the deal after she realized squatters occupied her soon to be home. So the house was in essence sold, and the Bitch that Broke in and taught her children to break and enter is unfit to be a mother. If you must Squat be a bit less conspicuous choose a modest home not a Mayors home.

  • @oleainatoivo No no, I actually do agree with you on the matter :P If someone is buying the house its a completely stupid idea to even try that. I know its Illegal no matter what way ya flip it because I tend to be indifferent when it comes to the long abandoned places. But anywho, yeah the woman does seem pretty unfit to be a parent for the reasons that we have both stated.

  • There's a vacant house across the street. I think I'll just move in and stop paying rent to my landlord. Maybe the bank won't like it, but...oh well. I'm more important.

  • Some animals are more equal than other animals... and some laws are more law than other laws.... USA USA #1 yeah... oh... no...I mean... #39 in health care... YEAH!

  • @PaulLeary Do you have light eyes as I do? Is your evolution within the Northern climates were our brains could develop better because of better nutrition, climate and stress levels??

    Good.

    Indeed, some were not.

  • @PaulLeary Healthcare is considered so bad because us as americans are lazy and stupid. If you want good healthcare than live a healthy life, manage your money, don't eat junk food, and take some responsibility. Because that is what healthcare is, a responsibility. The healthcare i get is affordable and great because I can take care of my self and manage my life.

  • u-c- it . just live free or die. only in america

  • Torres and her 7 kids is what america has come too lmao.
