On your back video you say to use hooks, which explains your weak forearms, you have big bis and tris but your forarms make your arms look stupid, lose the hooks. Also your chest isnt in proportion either
@jakecore111 if your talking about his back video why didn't you post that comment there, and I don't see your bicep videos btw or the video on getting better forearms , plus your fore arms only account for like 10% of the strength of your arm, forearms is more wrist strength. so stop talking crap about other peoples videos unless you have real proof that you can back it up

Also why should it make a difference about how big the forearms look I think strength counts more than that, which you cant tell just by pure size of a muscle meaning you cannot assume his forearms are weak.
