Was this the same tornado that hit Andover?

@vanni9283 This was a different tornado wiich did not git a lot of notice. If it had hit a more populated area it might have been as bad as Andover.

@vanni9283 Yes this was given a F4 rating. It passed 2 miles SE of Winfield with a path lengih of 25 miles.
